Nick, You have to learn how to use the brakes they aren't as bad as you Think they are. You have to press 100% of the brakes and slowly release the brake pedal. This way you won't lock up and will use the brakes properly

Nick, you have to left foot brake going into and in the corners with this car if you can get a smooth gas to brake transition (such as a clutch and gas) you will set fantastic lap times and be able to have much more control. I also noticed it looks like you are relying on the line for braking you HAVE TO pick a marker on or off the track (ie something that doesnt move)

that's how iracing brakes work, if you use 100% then you just lock up.....

@@AlfieSimracing No that's not how racing brakes work, that's how a normal car's brakes work. in racing you start with 100% and gradually decrease the braking force the slower you go due to having less downforce which leads to less grip.

as an Iracer myself I can confirm that the Porsche cup car is designed to be difficult to drive. there is a large demand for a high skill tin top racecar in Europe and this car is the answer to that

Nick u said the f1 car was easier to drive and it is, fast doesn’t mean hard to drive there are a bunch of cars that are really hard to drive compared to the f1 car in my opinion the 911 is probably in the middle of hard and easy. Love the vids

@@DriftNick It depends on the case. Sometimes when I am driving a heavy car that understeers a bit and/or likes to overshoot corners, I coast to let some speed go before braking

@@michaelbreckshot6589 The only time you should ever be coasting is mid corner to help the car turn, you should never do it going into a braking zone, if you are understeering you need to slow down more and/or trial brake, if you are overshooting the corner you also need to slow down more and you should be doing that by braking, coasting into a braking zone is just losing time.

I suggest breaking earlier since it is rear engine and you can accelerate earlier at the end of the corner

Bro Brake for the corner, coast through corner, get on the gas. You cant full lock brakes then turn the wheel fully while still hard on the brakes, your tires can only do so much

GRINDED WOW My wife went from Rookie to D Class in her first 3 races and had 2Xs in each race and had two 3rd place finishes It did take her 28 races for get C Class and she had a 10X, 9X, 8X and 2 7Xs but she got her first WIN in race 11, a 2nd in race 15 and 3rds in races 13 and 24 and three of these races had 0X Then got her C Class after race 29 She did this before the Porsche cars got into iRacing but she did get a WIN in the RUF GRINDING Getting a C Class is not grinding anything
