You can do something similar by moving a table or piece of furniture onto trees. The lifter or constructoid will clear out the area first before moving the furniture and then you can just move it again without spending any wood.
I always accept mech clusters unless they have an auto-mortar, they’re great for dealing with raids because raiders will usually attack the cluster first and so the clusters become free defences as long as I tell my colonists to stay away.
This guy has the best background music playlist Iv'e ever heard. All the games he's taking these from have been a big part of my life and I'm so glad I can reminisce while watching your videos!
Watching Veequeue Play is like watching an Artist paint an stellar painting... It captures not just the story but the story of the beauty of his calm voice , his quick Editing skills and his subtle yet effective Humor. Everything encapsulated by a digital Windowframe of an website called youtube on which he shares his victory of his glorious Video of Effort not just in Rimworld but in the making of that story. Rimworld is his canvas the storygenerator and veequeue the bobroslike artist.
I'm new to the channel as of biotech, just wanted to know why your first two colonists are always named Silver and Trid? Feels like I'm missing an inside joke
quick tip do not put your food storage next to your killbox when you are summoning mechanoids who spread fire everywhere then proceed to turn several of your colonists into vampires who cannot extinguish said fires.
@@ethaneramo5782 not really. The point of having better robots locked behind progress is to achieve progress. I play a lot of combat extended and the better mechanoids make so much difference its crazy. Even in vanilla, a single scyther and a couple pikeman is all you need for some raids.
I think you needed am empty wall corner with 2 pawns with empty grenades, but I guess it's hard to get that with 3 pawns. That would stun the mechs like that centipede and the diabolus, and you wouldn't have to rebuild the killbox
i kinda wish you had a list of what song played at what time....there was alot of songs that were pretty funky but id never beable to go through the whole list you have and find them through looking it up myself sadly. nice video though!
This isn't the worst biome. The worst biome is sea ice. Nothing grows, no surface resources and only animals appear during summer, my top is 4. Sea ice can be a good area to build a ship though.
what is the research mod you use? Or is there a way to do it without it? I looked through the mods but I might've missed it. I like the ability to search and queue my research like you do lol
I'm not sure if I missed something, but I'm 99% sure the research menu mod you're using (dubs mint menus) is bugged. It allows you to research all stages of mechtech without fighting the bosses. For example, he researches both standard mech tech (which you can't research without the signal chip or smth) and the high mechtech (nano structuring chop from mech queen). Video was still fun, but technically you cheesed the run this way.
Hmm? You normally wouldn't be able to research standard mech tech before fighting diablos (u need to investigate the chip it drops to unlock the research). So it seems your mods kinda broke the normal progression there (unless it was on purpose of course).
Finally found the answer at the bottom of Veequeue's workshop modlist for this video, it's Dub's Mint Menus but by default you have to ctrl+click the research tab to bring up its customized version. Just toggle 'Override research tab' to fix that.
Just a heads up, Veequeue. "Monsoon" is pronounced "Mon" (like Pokemon or Digimon) and "Soon" (just like you say it) It's "_Mon_soon," not "_Moon_soon."
already tried this one its amazing i played it almost the same as you with a highlife waster cyberideologion mechanist i think i tried the exact same day i got the dlc
