Welcome to 100 days in Valheim (im the brave warrior btw) my second channel -@red2m860 cinematics at the start by @LastKnownMeal thanks for watching pls sub 10k soon!1!!!1 like for part 2 bye :)
Nice to see your progression. Valheim requires more preparation and planning than a lot of other games I've seen, but sometimes even with the best planning, if you stumbled into a biome before you're geared for it, you're in trouble. There's some options and upgrades you skipped since you're missing some gear and upgraded boat for travel, it makes the serpents no harder than trolls to deal with at only bronze age gear. Make a second campfire with a cauldron, you'll get higher quality foods that you can make which you'll need for the swamps. You'll need a much bigger farming area for the carrots/other growables, and clear a reliable hunting area for boar/deer/necks to make the first tier of recipes. With deer stew, minced meat stew and carrot soup you'll start with 125 health and 108 stamina with 25 minute durations. Upgrading bronze armor to tier 3 makes no-star draugr much easier to fight and any non-magical skeleton is no longer a threat. Undead are weak to blunt weapons. Even the wood club you can craft from the inventory is better than the spear or sword. Abominations are weak to axes, but you need a fully upgraded shield and the food buffs to be able to deflect its hits. Every enemy has a damage weakness/resistance of some type, all undead resist piercing which is the main type you were using (spear, bow) and also slashing. Having beaten The Elder, your bases are now subject to swamp raids, which can easily destroy them completely as they are. You'll want upgraded gear for sure to deal with these, the later raids will only get more dangerous (troll raids and worse). There's lots of helpful things in some of the upgrade options and other building pieces you haven't used yet. Also, if you use only the first tier boat speed you'll use the oar for paddling, much safer than pushing the boat while swimming. 2nd tier is half mast and 3rd is full mast, which is faster but harder to steer with in the larger ships.
good video man. you really caught some of the usual plunder which i still do and experience. had me similing. cant wait to sit down tonight and play some valheim! cheers from norway
so when you hop on a boat or raft if you decrease to only having a single arrow that allows you to row so you dont get stuck if the wind is not blowing in the direction you need it to.
You are INCREDIBLY good at this game! you took on mid level areas on food you forage and cook over a plain fire, managed to traverse the swamp without poison resistance and did all that sailing on a RAFT! If you did some research you would dominate this game easily there is no doubt in my mind about that. honestly if you just had better food alone you would probably be fine. Hope there's a 200 days video! Especially since I've been binging your content since I subbed.
