I’m gonna be honest. Status device doesn’t require all to much work. Just setting up a few farms. I got most the plants on my freighter anyways. But once you got it going omg it was how I made my first few billion. Working towards the money cap now.

Btw if you haven’t done it yet install that matter beam on your freighter. When you’re exploring as long as your freighter is in the system you can transmit to your freighter and storage containers from anywhere.

I always buy up all supplies in each kind of economy, transfer to freighter, dump for profits as you hop systems. Better profits at Trading Posts but I am not sure it's worth the time. You can also "scan for economy" surges now in the locate trading post menu and make a good 30-50 million if you hop a few systems and buy from freighter, space station, and trading posts, and sell at "surging" system.
Have you done the trace of metal quest? By the end you can summon two homies to help you fight. If you find one of the creatures that can hold weapons I think you can have three minions rn. Love the videos btw
Hey guy. I’ve played this game all year but you still entertain me! I had the same problem with the settlement. I would choose a new one and start over with a chart in a calm planet-but before that, you have to progress the touch of metal quest. It’s kind of tedious but you have to get your own little sentinel and go talk to the guy next to multi-tool recycling to stop the attacks. It bugged out for me for ages. He should request to talk to you if you do the fight with a touch of metal highlighted. Cheers.
Bugged on my first save also m8. A 119 hour save game also endgame but traces of metal bugged lol. Started a new save when worlds dropped tho only 30 hours on it so far
@@_mdebeer_ I think it *seems* like a bug, or maybe it used to be. Once I did the fight with the quest highlighted, I got the transmission from Tethys in the Overseer room, then went to the anomaly. Croc, that quest is kind of a pain in the booyah. You have to talk to your little sentinal (keep it in exosuit inventory) between each step, and he always flies away.

I totally stole his design. Mine used to be spread all over the place. I am addicted to this game, idk what it is about it. My life is way too dull. I am on my 4th save at least. I bought it at launch and came back last year. Quite an overhaul! Who gives away this many updates? His CFO must beg him daily: "can we please just charge $5?!"
9:46 bro you gotta do the "A Trace of Metal" questline! The reason your settlement is under attack every single time you go there is that it's part of a mission. If you even so much as complete the next step after fighting off the sentinels, this won't be happening all the time anymore.
That purple thing at the Nexus you walked over all weird is announcing there is a bonus mystery mission available, like that one you did that was all "ksyb gkdih gysgvwot ogidyebbf paoihfbr kemabsohf" in the list.
Started a new save myself with the Worlds drop ,past 30hours on it. I was kinda sad to leave my old save behind 119 hours save. But when i heard our bases might have issues with the new worlds change i just decided fckit and start a new save. Great game! A lot to do and see.
Man I went through deleting old bases and base computers I put down thinking some super common thing was a rare find. 😂 My first 100 hours, I would slap one down at any point of interest or nice planet, thinking I found something rare and amazing and was gonna want to go back. 😂 No Man's Sky is the ultimate desktop wallpaper generator. I think I took more screens in NMS just this year than all other games combined in my lifetime.
Comm balls become a fixed point in the universe once finalized. They can never be removed. Even if you delete that base, that comm ball will continue to exist, so long as HG maintains the servers.

@@CoolKidCroc do you think fishing is worth it? Until they get a way throw back more than one at a time, I am not so sure. They *really* need to add a shift/select for multiple fish. I think with the bionic lure a guy pulled in 6k nanites in an hour, but it took him 20 minutes just to throw them all back.

Add 100 hours, you are past most of the story you probably have the staff. But there is no way at all let everything has been unlocked without duping. To unlock everything you're looking at closer to 300 hours. I have closer to 2000 hours played. With multiple accounts over 300.
I know you said you wanted a mine of every element, but you dont need some. For example gold and silver are easily refined from herox, lemmium, and theyre easy to craft with mineable resources
I only have 1 save file, my first one. I think I'm at 200 hours. I looove it. Part of me wants to start over but like... I can't I'll miss my ship, it's been the same ship for Soooo long
I got so lucky on my first save. S class Star Destroyer as my first freighter--had every type of ship in S Class by the end of the story. Had no idea how lucky that was until I started a new save.
You need an oxygen harvesting base. At least one medium refiner And a single unit of chlorine Infinite millions of dollars every couple hours. You just do other stuff and come back to rake in the money
