Spearheads are meant like, to order a mass of troops in one straight line following the arrowhead, not like a frontline...

Tip of the day: supply and air is everything in hoi. If you have orange or red supply you get major debuffs, that's why you couldnt push with your tanks (that and the river crossing add major debuffs). Also don't forget to make a good airplane design and always keep it up to date (and don't overstack airports). 👍

The Spearhead command is actually pretty simple if you understand it, which is the Spearhead command is gonna make the Unit assigned to it to do US at the command, try it with a larger country to punch it in half

When you were fighting the Far Eastern Peoples Republic, your tanks weren't able to break through due to lack of fuel. You can see how much fuel they have by looking at the barrel icons in the selected units tab. Normally they are gray which means they have fuel, while red means they have no fuel. The barrels were red, so they had no fuel. They need to be close enough to a supply hub to be able to refuel. The Spearhead command gets the unit to go straight towards where you point it. Very useful for having units move in a straight line, hell you can pre plan an encirclement with it. Best used if you want a unit/units to move in a straight line in a certain direction. Take how you first tried to use it as an example. You used it just like a normal offensive line. How you actually use it is. Assign units in their own line of which you want to push from, then you pull it in the width you want them to concentrate towards like the tile left of Rostov-On-Don. When you use it the assigned units will move straight forward and ignore any other battles that isn't right in their way. It can bug a little and act as a normal offensive line, so I recommend editing the stem of the arrow so the units go through the exact tiles you want them to. As a person that uses spearhead alot it is a very nice tool, but should only be used with units you intend to use to break through towards specific tiles. When it is active the units will ignore everything else other than what is in their way. If you don't pay attention you can very easily get encircled. Speaking from experience.

Decided to play the mod before watching the video, my take on the mod is that it's very easy to win with just 9-1 infantry/artillery with support arty, recon and engineers It's also very hard to get an airforce if you don't realise there's airforce academies like I didn't

Lot of this mods ideas seem to be inspired from other major mods, from the top of my head the outposts are from the Old World Blues (fallout mod) and national development is very similar to how it looks in Pax Brittanica (diselpunk) and Equestria at War (mlp mod) Not being an ass here, campaign is fun to play, they just remind me of those feathers from other mods

You were pushing across the river with tanks, that just dosen't work. Recently i was told that reliability dosen't matter as much as we think it does, so i started making my tanks with as much armor as possible but speed has to be 8kmh, make 32width tank divisions half motorized half medium tanks and slap pioneers on them, unlike rangers they dont slow down entire division. Tanks can either suck or be great, depends how u use them Edit: having no cas on ur tanks significantly reduces their performance

i've played this mod back when it first came out as crimea, and created a totally mentally sane russia, but i can clearly see the mod has changed ALOT, as before the game mechanics (research, military ecc,) was just base game hoi4 stuff.
