In 12/2000 my wife and I spent our month long honeymoon in Austraila. Our first stop was Melbourne and Puffing Billy was one of the first attractions we visited. The blue hills around Melbourne are beautiful. We traveled all around Austraila and New Calendonia, but I have to say the local attractions were my favorite like the gardens in Sidney.

I don’t know if the train still runs, but I rode a train on Cape Cod. There are no automatic barriers at road crossings, so the conductor had to get out and waive a flag to stop any traffic. Interesting the first couple of times, then it got old quickly

Hey Trevor, if you need any recommendations of things to do in Sydney I can not recommend Manly beach enough. It is one of the nicest beaches in the world and is where surfing was first invented. You can also swim or better yet go snorkeling at Shelly Beach (arguably even prettier) where there are no waves just good views, water clearer than glass and a wide range of exotic fish found only in Australia. If you need a guide im your guy
