In this video I spent 5 days building a massive snow cave in my back yard. It took a ton of work to remove all the snow from the inside of this quinzee type shelter. I learned a few things along the way and had a lot of fun during this build. The weather was very cold ranging from 7'F to -27'F. The cold really helped the snow setup and it turned super hard and was super stable. While I was digging it out I kept thinking a different things that could be added to the complete snow cave.
