This is like the final realisation of what RU-vid is. What it should strive to be. The quality of the film making. The content. The access you have as a film maker and a magician makes this unattainable via traditional media means. Ah man, I can't even. It's just so bloody good!!
Juan Colas is on another level. His storytelling and magic combination has me always feeling something incredible. So majestic and wonderful. Thank you guys. You're all the reason why we love magic so much.
This was a rollercoaster, the amount of serotonin that you have injected into this video is unreal. The number of times I replayed certain parts in this video, youtube wont be able to tell which part is the most replayed. Thank you Chris for putting this together, what an absolute treat. Ive been here from the start for the magic and magic only, only sometimes for the new puzzle vids, but only because you make it magical.
3 minutes in, this looks good. 20 minutes in mind blown several times. Just over half way through and I’m thinking there is a vein of magic running through Spain. Here we are at the end and feel like I have had a mini holiday. THANKS Chris.
I started watching your channel years ago because of the magic tutorials. While I do still watch and am fascinated by some of the puzzle content, I must admit that I'm ALWAYS drawn in by the magic content. This documentary style video with all these amazing magicians is just....WOW. Thank you for this small glimpse into your life. I must admit I am a little jealous, because the island and place where you are is stunning. But, to be surrounded also by so many people that have nearly perfected their art of magic...well, I could watch these guys perform for hours. I keep over using the word amazing, but I really am gob smacked at their sleight of hand skills.
I rarely watch videos that are longer than 25 minutes but I watched this one from start to finish. Also, that guy who hung out with you guys and got to witness the best magic from around the world all while drinking from his beer has no idea how lucky he is to be in the right place at the right time.
What a big blanket of love.. Love for magic, love for friendship and the whole thing was made with love. Love it Chris, you are surrounded with some beautiful souls.. It was a pleasure watching it..
I absolutely can not wait for this banger of a video. So many of my magic idols are Spanish or from the Spanish train of magic. Mario, Dani, Rubi, Giancarlo, Juan Colas and Tamariz, Luis, Victor. Even my favorite outside of Spain take after the Spanish school like Asi Wind. Spain is the magic capital of the world as far as I am concerned.
This was beautiful Chris. I always wanted to be a magician but I never knew how to go about it as a kid. Then as an adult I ended up on medication that makes my hands shake uncontrollably so any sleight of hand is out the window. I live my magic dream through your videos so thank you dude.
I have hand tremors too, and maybe yours are more serious/significant but I find tabled magic/sleight of hand very viable even with the shakes. Having a surface to put my hands and arms on keeps them steady enough. Jeremy Griffith has said he was drawn to tabled stuff for the same reason cause he has the shakes. Don't wanna minimize your condition, but maybe it can work for you.
when I think about my hands they go from dry to dripping wet and extreme tingling I can't really handle cards properly because of it. Sweat on command. No, there's nothing I can put on them to stop it lol
cyril brought me to magic, thats crazy to see him still active afer all these years, he brought magic to me since i was 7 and now im 22, literally 15 years. love and respect from vietnam
I've been saving this video for a rainy day. So amazing. Gives me so much inspiration and life. Just want to say man, it may not always be easy to see it in the moment, but these are the ongoing, continuing golden days of your channel. This was a beautiful piece to watch, from the interviews to the scenery to the candid moments and the music throughout. I truly, truly enjoyed it. Also, I loved seeing Anson here. I saw him perform several times back in Shanghai, what a singular thinker. Would love to see more of him! Thanks again for this beautiful, magical little collection of moments
It was so much fun being a part of your gang even if it was only for one hour. Maybe it's spain, maybe it's magic, maybe it's how you created the video. You edited it so beautiful and calm without rushing through moments. You gave us room to sink in into each persons life or their approach to magic. You gave us viewers room to think and rethink our own approach and goals to magic. No rush, no forcing, just well done. A little abrupt at the end and off the story telling throughout the video but sometimes videos has to get out there. Thank you for spending so much time and love on it! See you hopefully soon for a beer.
Thank you Chris, you are the only one doing this on the whole of youtube. The cinematography and stories are beautiful. This magic is what I came for and you always deliver. Thank you Chris on behalf of me and my family. You truly had a magical time, this is wealth, friendship through magic.
Thanks Chris, this is so joyful. I have been interested in magic from a very young age, and kind of forgot about it for a while. Now my daughter was amazed by this video, and she forced me to take out all my old magic gear. We are having lots of fun. You're a real inspiration. Thanks so much.
That trick by Giancarlo towards the end was soooo good! Cyril's reaction to the card production at 53:12 was so genuine and really spoke to exactly what many of these masters were saying throughout the video, about creating that moment of wonderment and connection between people. And to get that kind of reaction from not one but two incredibly accomplished magicians is incredible. Super inspiring stuff, I could watch 2 more hours of this and not be disappointed!
Chris…I’ve loved the puzzles, the magic, and the friends you have made. Personally, I LOVE seeing magicians sit around and show new tricks or something they’re working on…and seeing the suggestions from their peers to make the effect or the entire trick better/more entertaining. I LOVE the nuts and bolts.
Loveee this!!!.. Love these magic content. Thats why I fell in love with this channel in the first place. BTW while you were at Spain could you get a chance to meet Juan Tamariz or Dani Da Ortiz??? Next time meet them too please... And we want see more magic of Dough Mckanzie since he alway hang out with you guys. Love him too!!! Cheers!!!
Such a fun watch! Learning and seeing a little about every performer while folding into other group shots in between made it feel so much more like an actual vlog than a video! Thanks for hanging out with friends and remembering to hit record, from here to BoB we love to see it!💗🍁
I used to do magic and now I´m a cardist, but ever since discovering Tobias on your channel he´s become one of my favourite magicians to watch. He´s just so creative and genuine and his stuff is alway super organic. Love that dude. Great video! Also, Spain is unmatched. I´m from Madrid but you should definetly visit the north as well!!
Im one of those who dont enjoy puzzle videos but i stay followimg because your once-in-a-blue-moon magic videos are just the best, the montage, the quality, the level.... i find myself speaking alone throwing "woooow"s and "thats so smooth!"s, "what thw f??"s. 😅 i effing love this
This was 110/10 bro! Im begging you to give us more of these amazingly documented and produced magic videos! I miss waking up every day and remembering to check my notifications to see if you’ve uploaded a new magic related videos. That was a good time of my life.
Love seeing magic from all corners of the world at one place. And magic is universal. It has its on language. And love what you do for the magic community ❣️🥰
Chris, I’m 33 and have been doing magic since I was 8. This has been absolutely beautiful to watch. I really mean that and want to thank you. I don’t know if you see how the ads work their way into your videos but I would recommend looking into it. So many times through this video, as the skilled magician was in the middle of a very intriguing routine, an ad would interrupt it. I, as a viewer and fellow magician, was so invested. However, in that moment - no, THOSE moments - I was taken out of it. I was taken out of the magic. If you’re still reading this please understand I’m just like you. A film/magic guy just like you. And I just want you to keep getting better. That’s all. Constructive criticism sure; but more the understanding that kids (our younger selves) see this and get the true understanding and viewership they deserve.
Thanks again Chris awesome film! I am not a magician just a long time spectator, what I get from watching magic and magicians is a constant sense of wonder and of curiosity…. For me two of the most important things a person should cherish in their lives, without them we are truly lost souls in this brief existence 💜☮️🎩🙏🏼
Great video/documentary! I loved it. I loved how it was shot, the story, the feel behind it. This was so dope Chris! This was made for magicians that love the beauty of the art and love talking about it. Keep making more!
pretty cool man!! i was actually in Barcelona during this time!! great video!! i hope people understand the rare insight you've offered them in this video!!! these people are the friends you want to keep around in magic!! always pushing higher and harder towards perfection!!
I appreciate the showing of your time spent man. Great video! It's frustrating and great case every little aspect, every moment my eyes are super glued to watching to see if there is another sort of trick going on.
You have undone yourself, by telling and showing this story about magic in the way you did, you have ignited magic in everyone that watches this……in simple words, magically beautiful.
this is one of the best films / videos / documentary that I have seen in a long time. being shoot near were I live and seeing many familiar places is made it just better.
Thank you for this. A thoroughly entertaining piece-- watching all these top Magicians' creativity-- Amazing. Saw Rubi perform at MagicLive last month -- He was so incredible!!!!
This is really an amazing documentary, I've always been a fan of magic so seeing a long video full of magic and the love that they have with it. You can truly feel it through out the video. I love Tobias tho, he's really cool!
When we were kids with my friend we tried to figure out Cyril's Magic playing those old 240p RU-vid videos. Now he is in your video and my heart is melting! :) soo nice to see you dudes vibe!
This video was just an excuse to have fun with a bunch of magicians and it shows...which is exactly why the video is so great to watch. Thanks for sharing your week of enjoyment!
Chris! Mate! This was incredible! So inspiring. I haven't seen anything like this (apart from your last video from your trip to Spain) and it will surely go down as I classic piece of film on the art of magic and the passion of those who choose that path. A truly beautiful thing to watch. I loved everything about it. Thank you!!
felt like I was there with you guys at that magical place, thankyou for bringing us a long for the journey and seeing great magic like this always brings me joy.

Chris, your production is insanely beautiful, and the content/storytelling is super inspiring-especially for someone with a 6-year-old. Bravo to your team and you.
I think my boy has found a solid next calling! Amazing work on this! I had a constant soft smile on my face for 56 minutes and 56 seconds. Thank you all for that! 🙏❤️
So great. Loving seeing the art kept alive like this. One of my biggest inspirations. Doug saying he got into magic late at 16...here I am at 34 not even one year in, but love it thanks to this kind of work. ❤
This is such a breath of fresh air - insightful, creative, and reminds us of what we got into magic for - the joy and wonder it brought us, which we can extend to others. Thank you for sharing this with us
