I spent my weekend with 1500 butterflies | The Sophia M. Sachs Butterfly House 

I’ve been wanting to go to the butterfly house for ages now, but Josh and I were kind of putting it off because we weren’t sure how active the butterflies would be in the winter. However, I recently saw a segment on the news about the Mardi Gras Blue Morphos event, and knew I wanted to go. Also, if you love plants then you will for sure want to visit, the conservatory houses more than 150 tropical plants. The Sophia M. Sachs Butterfly House is located in Faust Park in Chesterfield, Missouri. It is operated by the Missouri Botanical Gardens, and members get FREE admission to the Butterfly House!
