We caught paranormal activity on camera at this notoriously haunted house and hotel in Georgia. The spirit of a little girl who likes to play with a red rubber ball has been seen many times wandering these halls, and the ghost hunting that we did that night in the haunted 1842 Inn gave us some spooky results. Also I cannot say enough about how important it is for me to know the history of these places. I love that you do that. It's weird when others do episodes on haunted places and give no info and jump into it. You just don't get a feel for a place if you don't know anything about it.

One of the many reasons why I love this channel so much is because everything they capture and show us is real. Whether they capture something spooky or not, they always keep it authentic. It's a legit paranormal investigation and not an acting ghost hunting channel. Also, can we all appreciate the skill and all the effort they put into editing this video pls. What a beautiful place you and your Dad visited. That house has its little secrets, though those that knew are most probably already buried. Those spirits that remained must of really enjoyed that house once upon a time, to still be there. Lovely stars, banisters, carpets, furnishings. And that tribute to the creators of " Ramblin Man" was sweet and kind. I too love that song. It was a hit in the mid 70s. I remember adding coins to the juke box to play it, several times. I heard it last week on You tube videos. That was my era for music. Thanks for history revealed. I enjoy your videos, discoveries. Talent runs in your family. Keep Truckin!

What an epic ending and tribute to the Allman Bros. Epic ending, it put tears in my eyes!! Reminds me of my younger years! When Jeff uses the flir in his room, it looks like that little girl is hiding out on the right side of the closet, then when there are only a few cold spots left after he pans away then goes back in that direction, makes me think she moved and it was residual energy left there. It also looked as though someone could have been standing on the left too, in that first shot with the flir camera.

I have to say before the video starts you have no idea how lucky you are to have your father in your life I lost mine last year right after my birthday and I think of that day everyday when I watched him die. So I just wanted to let you know you are one of the luckiest person be able to do this and have this experience with your father I think it's beautiful.

Thanks James, sorry for the loss of your father. Mine passed away when I was 5 yo and still think of what could have been. But, I've always chose to put my energy in to being the best father that I can be and consider myself so lucky to be in the lives of my son, Colin, and my daughter, Tessa...and my wife of 29 yrs, Mary. My belief tells me my father has always been with me but you just never forget the times missed with your father, I get it. Colin is very compassionate and understands our relationship is special, we talk/text every day and he is just a special son & consider myself so lucky. Thanks for the nice words and again, sorry for your loss.

Such a beautiful mansion to do some ghost hunting in. Georgia and Louisiana are some of the most haunted states in the nation. There's audio interference at 19:53 when the manager starts talking about the son.... The microphone also shakes in unison with the tapping on it. Not sure if it's the same creepy spirit that laughed later on (which sounded like an older male spirit interestingly)

Don’t forget South Carolina. Charleston itself is a walk through of ghostly history (especially the old jail house and Market St where the slaves were sold). Shoot walking out of a club at 2am is spooky. Another GA town that’s spooky is Savannah! Just the wispy Spanish moss hanging off very old Oak trees that line the road ways can be super spooky ambiance. It’s an amazing place to visit... and perhaps a town I choose to live in next? I really love that little city.

Another great shoot in a beautiful Hotel. What is so nice about you guys, is your great Father and Son bond, particularly in this episode. This is a beautiful place and can be enjoyed just for that alone, but you could definitely sense spirit there. I love the banter between you and your Dad and the “behind the scenes” shots. Very poignant visit to the Allman Bros grave site too.

When we hear the tapping in the mic pay close attention to the light reflecting underneath the part of the fuzzy mic and you can barely see it vibrate or shake a little on the first tap.... I don't think it was Collin because he was holding very still.
