"There is no real Secret"...This here is the best advice he gave to any new youtuber. I have seen videos blow up after a year, and others that deserve millions of views never seen the light. You have to just keep focusing on creating good content. For some people they get lucky and blow immediately but for the majority of the others they just have to hang in there.

A niche within a niche has been my rule with my channel. I picked video games which is wildly popular but picked within that to do things that no one else had done, or had but were very outdated. For example I have a video from a few years ago about the PlayStation Wai Wai Jansou controllers. At that point I don't think anyone had made one. It's worked decently so far. I've just got to make more videos.

Chris, you are totally right about ▶️niche and cash cow channels. If you do not like niche you will be worse than who likes. And even if you succes with unloved niche you will burned out fast anyway. This is my personal experience. I got 300 000 subs and burned out fast.

Have you ran into the problem where youtube shorts will get literally zero views and not get pushed out at all, I was consistently uploading shorts and getting 1000s of views or more. Now though they just sit on zero views?

Hi Chris congrats for the video, I have a question related to the last thing you shared which is the Influencer Program: I've been accepted to the program but I have been denied the access to the extra placements and on-site commissions, do you have any tips for that? I've read and respected all of the guidelines and the support isn't able to tell me what was wrong so I really don't know what to do... Thanks for watching to the end 😁 and I’m sorry you got denied man. Some common reasons the first 3 videos would not get approved would be if you use a CTA (subscribe to my channel, like, etc), mention price, tag incorrect products. This is from what I’ve heard at least. As for a UGC i was thinking the same thing but it’s meant to be you in the video so I didn’t wanna risk it any possible termination with Amazon especially considering how lucrative it can really be. I started ny first yt channel back in 2011 but haven't been consistent with multiple channels over the past years. I've just started being consistent back in May of 2022 on this channel.

With your faceless you seem to gotten a format that works "The 7 MOST DUMBEST Cars Ever Made" why not take that and use it again such as "The 7 MOST DANGEROUS Cars Ever Made" or "The 7 MOST ILLEGAL Cars Ever Made". I guess it depends what your goals are. Like for me I made my personal brand and faceless be easy to find so people can also see both sides of the journey and potentially become fans of both. It's a different approach but I will eventually test out another channel that is completely hidden to see reuslts.

Final Cut Pro on my here and premier pro on faceless. Even my videos use other people’s content but in a strategic way as to avoid copyright. It’s transformative. I have more than just using pepes clips but I add commentary to my videos and something unique rather than just relying on the clips

One thing to go ahead and consider: you have a certain expression that you go ahead and use a lot of the time. It might be worth seeing if you can go ahead and reduce how often you say it. Excellent write up and documentation. Browsing social media you will find all manner of excuses and pointing the finger at others for themselves not being successful. At the end of the day. RU-vid is guided by an indiscriminate algorithm that only cares about you posting content that people enjoy watching. RU-vid isnt out to get anyone.

I feel you bro. I've been through multiple niches and multiple channels. I made my first channel at 13 years old. But my videos sucked, and I was never consistent. Every few years, I would make a new channel and switch or not make videos consistently. (unboxing, parodies, business, keto, DIY, drawing, elon musk, space, how to...etc) The moment I focused on improving and sticking to a niche is when I started seeing results. I am still very early in my stages, but I have a good feeling about this now. I am now 24. It's not a sprint. It's a marathon.

These videos always choose easy niches or more specifically informational videos which are bound to blow up. Although informational videos are easy to do and gets you lots of views, your viewers don't gaf about you and only care about the information you give out.
