You can get a lot of debt by first being really rich and buying a lot of houses cars planes and boats (anything that has a maintenance cost) with all the money then stop earning any money and once you're deep enough in dept gift away everything to a friend or sibling (anyone is fine so long as it's not a parent or the child you're going to be)
Whenever I'm in huge debt I usually just date someone, use god mode to set their Craziness and Willpower to 0, elope with them, age 1 year, then divorce. It immediately cuts the debt in half no matter how huge it is. Then I just repeat that process until my bank balance is green again. 😅

~How to get the debt~ - be born a royal, specifically in Monaco (its a country, had to use the wiki to realize thatt) - unalive your whole family when you're 18 - age up a whole bunch until you reach roughly 80B - abdicate your royal title - age up to a 90-100 sorta thing (the longer you live the more expensive properties get) - buy as many properties as u can. Tanya bought all the ones worth over 90M - make sure to buy the first few with loans and the rest with cash - when you're almost out of money, get on a dating app or smth and have a child, specifically a son, with the person. make sure you DONT marry them. - unalive your partner then yourself and continue life as your son. from here on, every time you age up you rack up the debt. Tanya just spammed the age up button but you can live their life if you feel like it... happy gaming

If your character doesn't get married and leaves everything to their child, you don't have to worry about their partner getting any of the inheritance. Then, when you're playing as the next generation, they will still have a parent who's alive and can pay for their acting or singing lessons.
If you own a museum and fill it with stuff from auctions like expensive stuff then switch to your child's life it sells everything because they are too young to own it all and then the child gets all the money
