Tips for being an athlete: - you can start going on walks and walking your pets at 8 so do both of those at least once a year - when you do a walk do a 2 hour speed walk - do karate or a different martial art - at age 12/13 go to the gym at least once a year - once you reach middle school if your athleticism still isn’t that high don’t try to join something like basketball try doing swim diving or cross country then in high school you’ll be athletic enough for a more physically demanding sport - from my experience hockey football and baseball are the easiest professional sports as depending on the position there’s only two skills you will have to practice rather than with basketball or soccer there’s 5 - from experience doing these things in the us is also easier as rather than in some other places you can do 2 sports in school to raise athleticism and you can do football witch pays a lot of money
