yes!! and enjoy every stage. once you get months in you’ll realize you didn’t appreciate the earlier stages and wish you would’ve. also take lots of pictures! even if you don’t feel your best you’re gonna wish you had a lot of progress pics once your locs start to really form
i'm so glad i watched your video tbh!🤭 i've been wanting to loc my hair for months now, but between relaxing my hair before i went off to college and getting my hair done for spring semester i really couldn't. but i'm feeling a little impulsive so i think i just wanna go ahead and do it tonight 🫶🏽
Because I started 2 Strain twist with just in the top of my head with my sides faded my hair is grey and kind of soft and I don't feel it's locking any yet not even buddy
This was so funny to be how you were being in denial but it turned out so cute! Got a new subscriber I’m locking up this week nervous and excited and you’re pretty
omg your locs are so so cute !! can we get a more in-depth tutorial on how to do them ? or could you link a tutorial you used ? i want my hair to look just like yours 😭
thank you!! i watched a lot of different tutorials and just started with parts that felt comfortable to me. just remember that everyone’s locs are different so love your locs no matter how they come out
@@AryahnaA thank you for the reply and the heart ♥️ that makes me feel so much better about my hair, i’m trying to revive my curls and i wanted to try a low maintenance protective style and this makes me happy to know that my curls don’t have to be super defined for my locs to look good 🤍
thank you! if it helps you can always comb out your locs if you change your mind afterwards, but definitely consider it. it’s better to try them out then to wish you did
yes lol. i start with two strand twist than just wash and retwist it once a month. washing it, spraying it with water and moisturizing it will loc it up over time
