Actually Western people started using Fork ,spoon in Olden times because they have cold climate and washing hands each time in cold water after every meal would not be good.. In India we have hot climate si we naturally used our hands... Nothing is wrong or bad although western people can start using hands because in modern days you have hot waters available so washing after each meal is possible
