This video speaks to me, because my mother has late stage Alzheimer's and I had to quit working a few years ago to be a caregiver for her. Thankfully I was in a financial position to where I could do that, but so many people aren't, not to mention the emotional impact it has on the family that nobody is prepared for. Long story short, I really appreciate what you did here😊 I was at SEGE 2024, and I wish I had known this was going on, because I absolutely would have contributed. Great content my man!
I'm so sorry to hear about your mother. AD is such a terrible disease that affects many people. I'm glad you were able to take care of her. Thanks for watching this video!
Awesome cause buddy. This was fantastic , I always said your an awesome dude hahaha 😁Also super cool of the people who give donations. Well done buddy you did a fantastic job 😃😃😃
Amazing work for an amazing cause!! Also I thought I was listening to Stone Cold Steve Austin for a minute there! AUSTIN RNG SAYS I JUST WHIPPED YOUR ASS!
my mother doesn't have Alzheimer's but she does have multiple sclerosis the poor woman has been injured, and bruised so many times from falls. diseases are a terrible thing our species suffers from.
They really are. It's hard to know how many people are affected because you don't get to see them out and about. Sorry to hear about your mother. MS is nasty
This was one of the best videos I have seen. Really heart warming to see all of the kind folks get behind a deserving cause in a practical way. Great content seeing all the games. I hope you bought the Suikoden back from that gentleman!😅
I have done that in the previous videos like this. Sadly, this time, I wasn't feeling very well and we really had to move quickly to try to make it through the whole convention. I need to get a camera person to help with that.
Noooo you really don't know Magic Sword??? I loved a lot on SNES at times, AMAZING GAME, better than arcade version! On hard mode is not so manageable, is to say...
@@RNGGamerYT Oh... I really suggest to any retro fan to play it, is a true anime 90' style of worlds like Dungeon's Dragons in action 2D platform format^^
i first played earhtworm jim from the Sega Genesis on my big Tablet when i was like 13 and i couldn't beat the 1st boss fight i was confused of what's going the difficulty i have it on is normal it took me a few tries to finish it off when i was 14 i made it a little bit further than last time the farthest i gotten is the sea tunnels so level 4 i first beat it when i was 15 years old on my brother's old K12 Laptop in the old living room in October something at night 2020 i chose the hardest difficulty called difficult Major Mucus from snot a problem gave me so much trouble when i was 15 in 2021 on my brother's K12 Laptop in the morning i tried allot more times and it still going the same way i struggled in round 3 i definetly ranking him as a 8 the final boss fight is the queen and she is the easiest and also the hardest to beat but that evil cat from the level called what the heck gave me so much time i'm ranking him as a 7 because of that he pops out of nowhere and he is so tough to get rid of i got hit against him too many times it took me like 5 or 6 tries to beat him that's how annoying he is to get rid of i remember that i used to die 1 time in level 7 called intensional distress that level is very tough that boss fight in that level is harder than it looks last time i played it is when it was a few days i didn't became close of dying one time that's how hard that game is not as hard as playing it on the Super Nintendo is way harder than Sega Genesis on the hardest Difficulty i died like crazy a few days ago i first played it when i was 14 and of course i barely made progress but playing it on GameBoy Advance is so much harder than Super Nintendo but on GameBoy way harder than GameBoy Advance i am not good at Earthworm Jim when i was playing it from the Sega Genesis on my Ipad Pro with a PS5 aka DualSense controller i tried beating the final level on the hardest difficulty without getting hit so many times and it still not working i was in the game for allot of hours almost 6 hours!
Awesome work! Non profits do need all the help they can get to continue doing and full filling their mission. At work we work almost exclusively with non profits and every single one of them are working and grinding so hard for their causes.
Last year at SEGE I got to participate in this and I love that you do this each year ❤❤❤❤ One of my favorite vids you do. Oh man, Arc the Lad!!! That's our one that got away. We couldn't buy it at the time because we picked up both Lunar games CIB and both Tales of Destiny Games CIB.
I remember you guys chipping in! Thanks for doing that. These are fun to do, and they are for a great cause... but they wear me out 🤣 I don't have Arc the Lad either...
My grandmother has Alzheimer's. Was a professional violinist. She's still a lovely, kind person. She's pretty much forgotten I'd say.. 70%? Maybe? It's hard to gauge because sometimes she's her normal self. But yeah, love to everyone who has a family member suffering with it, and a huge thank you to RNG gamer for raising money, that will mean so much
Fantastic cause. I've had two grandmothers pass away from Alzheimer's. It's a nasty disease. So thank you for spreading the word. And keep hunting for those games and make those videos :)
@@RNGGamerYT Same shit different month, brother. Job market is tight for devs right now no matter where I'm applying, just continuing the grind. Hope you, the wife, the kids and the rest of the crew are all doing well.
