Yooooooo drum Villan!!!!! Congratulations bro!!! Didnt know you have youtube I was in the same group as you bro. I lost in the finals of the losers bracket vs patoman 😤 Subbed to you bro 🙏🏾
@@DrumVillain yeahyeah slapped em up light work 😤 lmao I'm joking not light work 🤣🤣 was effort. But I'm glad I won. Nice to see you on youtube. Jamiefin told me about you
Man, good team. Just wish the game didn't decide "altaria, charm Alolan Ninetails, XL Azumarill" wasn't the only team I was going to face immediately after using this team, no algorithm tho 😛
Hey, amazing team! Is it better to play a Sableye with return but awful IVs, or Sableye with good IVs but regular sableye ? Thanks if someone can help me
Honestly it really depends, Sableye is really good with or without Return but the matchups do change a little. If I was going to run a non purified Sableye my first alternate choice would be a shadow one with power gem/foul play. In your case I'd do the one with good IVs but without return personally. The loss of bulk on bad IVs will cost you more than not having the slighter wider coverage of return.
@@DrumVillain thank you so much for answering me. I started PvP last season so I didn’t know about IVs things. I have a Sableye purified 2/15/8 or non purified 14/14/14. But finally my purified one with Return is better ? Big thanks again 🙏🏻
Is there a replacement for the XL Sableye? I do have a purified normal one, would that do the job or should i take any other mon? What would u recommend
It hasn't worked for me yet! Lost over 30 Galarian birds since their release and haven't caught any. My throws are usually better than the terrible ones here too I swear!
If it's on lead you stay in with Noctowl. Even with Ice Beam it's a neutral matchup. Sableye can get Azumaril low even if you don't land the Return and Umbreon can get Azumaril low with the Last Resorts. Azumaril looks like a problem on paper for this team but it can't sweep as it only soft wins against Sableye or Umbreon. And most teams with Azumaril have a weakness to dark somewhere on them that Umbreon or Sableye can capitalise on
A 15/15/15 (in the case of Noctowl) doesn't have as much HP or Defense as a 2/15/10. So even though it can throw the sky attacks first on CMP tie. The 15/15/15 gets knocked out first by the wing attacks afterwards as it can't take as many hits. In that matchup the 2/15/10 wins in a zero shield matchup with 7 HP left. The exact IVs aren't particularly special, I just put them up for viewers reference so if they wish they can look up exactly how bulky the pokemon I'm using are for different matchups. The 2/15/10 just happens to be the bulkiest IV spread I've come across for Noctowl in the Great League. Plus I prefer having 1 or 2 IVs in attack to still have the majority of the extra bulk while winning CMP ties against players running the "best" IV spreads.
Bastiodon does look pretty devastating for this line. If you don't get it lined up with Noctowl you can handle it moderately well with Sableye or Umbreon, though you'll probs be giving up shield advantage to do so. I have won against Bastiodon leads using this team but it can be real tough. If it's the Bastiodon, Victreebell, Medicham line it's an instant loss for sure. But a lot of people pair Basti with Trev which gives you a huge headstart with any Poke on this team to put extra work in to grind it down.
