I had these issues way back in 2017 and you cant imagine how crazy and insane I felt feeling like something was completely wrong with me or that I was just insane when watching everyone i love have a good time off those things. Especially when mental health at those times and years were not openly talked about. It’s so comforting how you’ve been so open with us about your mental health and anxiety.
