It's crazy how much a man can impact your life. I feel like was never able to be herself after separating from your grandpa. Man can cause so many mix emotions and not everyone can overcome them. As bad as we try there is always that hurt that doesn't go away and causes depression.

I can see through mamas eyes that she has a lot of emotions bottled up! I just cried watching her.. it sucks when your going through emotional moments, its an up and down roller coaster when your dealing with depression and dont know how to handle it. When you’re depressed it’s really hard to stay positive please just let her take her time and keep reminding her she is loved treat her with kindness and don’t tell her to stop being depressed.

You and Brittany are truly amazing. In 2014 my grandpa was diagnosed with dementia. I was taking care of him because his sons/daughters didn’t know how to deal with him and basically kicked him out the house. 3 of my cousins and myself took over and he was practically like our child. We would shave him, shower him, feed him and etc. I lost my gpa on February 3rd. God is going to bless you guys so much for taking care of your grandma. Tell mama to keep her head up and we love her. You really touched my heart Brinni, my mom passed away two years ago and I know she was depressed but never wanted to admit it. She would say how sad she was and “desilusionada” de la vida. She passed away and I was not able to do anything to change the circumstances. Thank God your MAma CuCa says how she feels and admits how she feels. That’s a huge step for her to try to move to the next steps. She is truly blessed to have you and your husband. My momma and I had just talked about all the things we were going to start doing to motivate her and she passed away the next day. They start feeling like this when they begin to acknowledge that they have Heath issues and will be depending on family members. Gracefully, you stepped up and are taking her out to pamper herself and walking, which is going to help her mental state. Keep doing it because sometimes us as family see that we are trying to make them happy and they still feel depressed. Mental health is serious and even thought we can see and feel what they do our love and steps to come out of it with them makes a huge difference. Help her meditate and do daily meditative breathing exercises. You will see what a difference this will make in conjunction to all the wonderful things you are doing for her. ♥️🙏🏽 praying for MaMa CuCa!!♥️🙏🏽
