That final shot with shaders on is stunning! Really cool build, I would be curious what more you can do in this world, actually. Maybe once the Wandering Trader gives you something useful, you could transform/augment the stronghold. Or maybe you spend most of your next 100 days in the Nether or the End of this world, although I'm not sure what inspiration would strike you there.

I always saw Gem respecting iron golems,keeping them alive for village defense. But it's first time I am seeing Gem being mean to iron golem. The video was amazing.It's good to see diffrent contents some times.But your other vids are not boring. Keep it up Gem! ❤️

I'd love to see this continue and develop, but if you're thinking of a fresh 100 days could you do one where you have to stay in a specific biome? Like 100 days in the desert, 100 days in the snow etc, and only use what you get from that biome? I suppose like the 16 chunk challenge games

Islands mode would be a fun 100 day challenge. It's a vanilla world creation option, limited to one biome, but divided up into islands over the void.

I myself have recently started a Flatworld survival world, and I rly just got tired of the same constant blocks, but seeing this has given me some ideas as what I could do in the world, as well as not completely forget abt it!

Such a nice run! I love how you try different blocks, no matter color or materials on their own, to come up with amazing designs! The red to black roof was so inspiring!

I recently started playing on Superflat SMP with some friends and I love to see how more people are trying this, it's so much fun that I spent over 70 hours in the first 8 days of playing!

Honestly, I think your builds here were beautiful. Sometimes, a restricted block pallet brings out the best in builders. You definitely rose to the challenge. I'd love to see you try this again, but in Hardcore. 🤠👍💕

I remember back when I was younger me and my dad building sky bases on super-flat worlds in creative, and we had a stronghold in the sky. We actually turned it into a really cool ruin and ran around in it. It was super fun, and I went back to that world today, and remembered how satisfying the sound of breaking glow stone is. I think the version was right before the addition of the acacia trees. Ah, good old days of the PS3. Glad to see your back up Gem, and we cannot wait to see what else you come up with! 200 days would be really cool to see as well :>

Love this idea. I tried it once and wow it's difficult. I spent the first few days wandering around and punching slimes to try and survive. It's so fun to do because it's really difficult.

I've definitely gotten skyblock vibes from flat worlds. so much more farming and grinding to get the items you can't normally. this was very enjoyable to watch, great work!

I loved that this was a mixture of gameplay and just pure building, but I can't help but to love the fact that most of the end game stuff was done at the end of the 50 days so we could spend more time just vibing, watching the village grow and as always seeing beautiful creations! Thank you Gem!

To be honest, I really, really like this! It brings back so much nostalgia form when I used to play Minecraft regularly and just use oak or stone because I didn’t have patience. This is super relaxing and overall an enjoyable video!

I have never thought of playing survival in a flat world but this video really is making me consider it! It seems like a great challenge.

There's a much easier design for an iron farm now and no zombie is needed! Just build a 4x4 platform in the air with 5 beds and 5 villagers. Completely enclose this and make the interior only 2 blocks tall. It must be raised above the ground and away from any existing village. I think it must be over 10 blocks above the ground or the iron golems can spawn on the ground. You don't want that. Instead you want them spawning on the roof of the room with your villagers. Use fences as a perimeter and setup a simple water channel from one corner into a suspended block of lava in the opposite corner to kill the golems. Place a hopper and chests below the lava. Instant Iron Golem Farm. You'll have a spawn every morning. Also, for future reference, instead of using a composter I find using 5 trapdoors works just as well with another overhead so he can't escape. Aligning a zombie into a composter just right is difficult.

You can put 3 potions in a cauldron and get a stack of weakness arrows, really helps when you don’t have a lot of materials
