oh man i remember this cool weeb drift server in MTA SA that has a boatload of custom content and various tracks ported straight from Initial D Arcade Stage and some others. it's called "Land of the Rising Sun" and they have a ModDB page too.

Japanese culture revolves around courtesy a lot, so it's really not that much of a surprise that they are respectful to other players. I find it refreshing to see a pretty solid mix of both friendly and hostile players, really makes things interesting.
