I try to eat moderated portions of my cravings (I’m not necessarily dieting but definitely trying to maintain), so my diet-breaking ideas are more about quantity. Granola and muffins top my list. Pizza, breakfast burrito, and fried rice too. I also just subscribed. You are fun to watch! I think I fear overeating less after watching you guys.
