(you know that blues clues steve video that made us feel like kids again 😭) i remember watching you as a lost college student trying to casually date girls for the first time etc etc being so inspired by how you've become so independent and genuinely comfortable with yourself, now we're both pretty happy with our lives & being loved by our partners and thriving in queerness 🥹 i'm honestly so proud of you & us!! whenever anything remotely related to you is mentioned (singapore, youtubers) i always end up mentioning "OH BRENDA MY FAVE RU-vidR" hahaha i feel like you're a long distance best friend😭😭 wishing you the best of luck this 2024. i can't wait to see us grow more and find happiness whenever wherever!!!

I totally agree with your sense that your existing skillset and experiences give you a huge advantage in the industry! I look forward to seeing how your values and reputation make you one of the better realtors in the country! But at the same time I pray you resist the temptations to cut corners and (in your words) "be cringe".
