I take veal and rice and cook the best risotto ever.
Risotto is a lunch that we are very happy to prepare. You will find it a little less often in combination with veal, but we definitely recommend it. The preparation process itself is a bit longer compared to chicken, but the result is certainly fantastic. We got a delicious risotto with veal, for finger licking.

✅ We will cut the veal into cubes and season with a little oil, salt and pepper. Refrigerate until use
✅ Chop onions and carrots and fry for 5 minutes, add a little butter. Combine the meat with the vegetables and fry all together for 5 minutes. After the veal has released its juices, we start stewing, for about 30-40 minutes. Stir occasionally.
✅ We add red sweet pepper and a little beef stock, so that our meat does not burn
✅ After 30 minutes of stewing, we will add 1 tablespoon of tomato puree and rice and canned peas. Fry everything together for 5 minutes
✅ Now we start cooking rice. We will add the base 2-3 times, until the rice is completely cooked. About 20 minutes
✅ At the very end, add parsley and season if necessary. Add one cube of butter when the risotto is ready, to make it even creamier.
And that's it, the super creamy risotto is ready and the meat is irresistibly soft and delicious. Meal for fingers to lick.
