Hello friends! Today, I decided to tell all of you about the books I'm anticipating in 2020! Whilst doing so, however, I build an IKEA trolley and it's definitely as chaotic as you think it'll be. I hit myself with a spanner and it also flies across the room so sit back, relax and enjoy!

I end up with MORE books on my already endless TBR buuut you're right, YA has so many amazing, diverse reads coming out that I'm not even mad about it 💖 Also, I may or may not get that trolley because 👀 Ikea should sponsor you, then you can make this a series because while I don't like assembling furniture, watching some else do so is oddly therapeutic? 🤔

I'm the same way about building IKEA furniture, it's so relaxing but I have no clue why. I also have one of those trolleys but for art supplies instead of books, I want one for books too. The trolleys are adorable.

I watched this right after I woke up and tbh this was the most relaxing half hour I've ever spent waking up. Your vibes Mister? Immaculate. You could put your (monthly) tbr in the top basket and whenever you finish one move it to the lower basket? Idk if you plan on doing monthly wrap ups but that way you'd also have those books handy dandy sorted!

Really like this concept (not just because I also have an IKEA storage unit/side table in my reading corner), it’s a bit like a laidback hangout. Anyway… Oh my goodness, Cemetery Boys. Loved the whole bit about Blazewrath Games (‘Quidditch who?’) and I saw cw on Twitter talking about These Violent Delights. I’ll try to remember these for later in the year. Oh! I hadn’t heard about Blazewrath Games until this video. I cried! I’ve never read a YA book much less a fantasy book with Puerto Rico main characters. Just to know that my culture is going to be represented in a medium that I love gave me so much joy. Immediately went to pre-order this book. Still freaking out at the fact that there is going to be dragons and Puerto Ricans in the same story.

My most anticipated read for October is Return of the Thief by Megan Whalen Turner. I am hoping that the release will not be delayed again. Queen’s Thief is one of my all time favorite series and as much as I dread the series coming to an end do I also look forward to the new schemes and tricks of my favorite characters.
