Aaron's side-eye smirks at the camera. God, this man has such a great sense of humour. Always so entertaining. Also Aaron is the world's sexiest asexual. Also, epic "clickbait" title that PLOT TWIST wasn't actually clickbait. :D
I genuinely had this notification on my phone for several hours before I had the chance to watch it and I really didn't realise until I started watching 🤔🤔
I am involved in an ongoing debate with my partner. She wants me to let her buy me a tattoo machine and I’m trying to get her to understand why I will never agree to permanently deface any human (even if they are an 100% willing subject) with any inexperienced and unskilled attempt I would be capable of making at tattooing. So far she has recruited our son and his girlfriend to help her badger me but I’m not going to give in. I have too much conscience to do something like that because I know the result would not be good. This makes me all the more appreciative of your repeated reminders that people should not try this on anything other than the test ‘skins’. Thank you for an entertaining video
So here’s my preliminary sketch. It’s not the best thing in the world...... (produces bloody work of art while I’m impressed drawing a stick person!!)😂
5:58 ..um.... W U T .. 😳 "Which T I P??" TM that, Plant Dad 🌱 I'm begging you! Omg I'm dead 😂😂🤣🤣 Is it bad form (or weird) to say , it's kinda funnier than: Which lips ?? (please discuss or drag as seen fit 😅) Love your work, art, activism and new podcast, Aaron!! 💕💕💕💕💕
Getting a tattoo designed by Aaron and/or getting a tattoo that Aaron does is on my bucket list. If I ever need a tattoo designed you’ll be my go to person.
To avoid rubbing/wiping your stencil off as you go, many artists work from bottom right to upper left (if right handed). Hope that's helpful. Keep bringing the beautiful art :)
The cohesive bandage roll they sent you with the tattoo machine is for wrapping around the "pen" part of the machine to create a soft grippy holding point :)
I like that you refer to it as a prosthetic, I’ve never heard that before. Weird note, I know, but I think that helps normalize that type of product. Since most people have seen or understand things like prosthetic legs, arms, fingers, etc.
Nuts for nuts! Love it. Side 🗒 note ; from this side of the screen you seem to have so much more confidence in being you lately. So you should coz you is amazing. Stay safe, stay you, sending you so much validation
What would happen if you soak a silicone packer in rubbing alcohol? Would it possibly dry it out so it wouldn't secrete oil anymore or would it damage the silicone?
Silicone doesn't secrete oil. Mr Limpy packers are not made of silicone, it is something softer and more porous (aka it absorbs things like sweat and dirt). A silicone packer could definitely be cleaned with alcohol - I wouldn't try it with a Mr limpy though. Personally I'd stick to mild soap and water
It seems to be more about the speed, in my (very inexperienced) experience Like, the longer I hold the machine in one place, the darker the mark But that packer was just not being a team player 😅
I’ve been getting electrolysis done on my post phalloplasty dick and even though I’m only 4 months post op I can feel it in some spots! It hurts! It’s bittersweet though because that means my sensation and feeling are coming on!!! 😬☺️ Fun Video Aaron! 💙👍🏽
I love the Canadian flag ;-) and the thought words floating around lol I wonder if the packer was harder to tattoo because it doesn't have "layers" like skin and practice sheets do? It's all one big hunk of silicone, no "depth perception" feeling when using the pen?
Can you just wrap the practice sheet around something like tape it around a water bottle. I know it won’t be like super super accurate to an arm but it’s closer then a flat sheet. Or you can put it on a concave surface to see how that goes.
Whatever you do I want to keep seeing videos like these. It’s really nice to see that you’re human and that you struggle bus your way through life just like everyone else
Aaron, I was wondering where the best place to contact you for a commissioned tattoo design would be? I enjoy all of your art so much and I think you would be the perfect person to design something meaningful for me. Let me know!
Oh boy as someone with wrist/finger pain from hypermobility I can imagine you must be so sore after drawing with a large, vibrating, awkward implement that's much heavier than a pen or paintbrush. Especially when you have to control it with your fingers. I can't tell if my wrist aches in sympathy or if it already hurt and I just didn't notice, lol. Cute rat drawing, by the way!
Wait. Wait.wait. hold up. You design tattoos for people? How do I pay you to do this for me? Lol sorry if you go into detail about this at some point. I paused the video to write this comment.
Hey!! I’m actually working on commissions today! If you’ve already emailed me, feel free to bump the email!! For every ten commission requests I get, I only get one reply when it actually comes to working on the piece lol So it helps if I know you’re serious and helps me with working out priority of what to work on first! My art email is aaron.ansuini.art@gmail.com
maybe adhering the sheets to someone's actual body would be a good way to practice ( obvs not a dick, but sticking it on someones thigh or forearm would probably better emulate tattooing than just doing it on a table, if that makes sense)
