I've ordered electronics from online stores that had products made in China before, and the products mostly didn't follow safety regulations, like (earpiece) volume regulations and such (where the min volume was way too high). So she means here that the products may not follow safety/heat regulations if made in China.
I found that the best trick for curling my eyelashes is to use a hairdryer to heat your favourite metal eyelash curler, test the heat on your wrist every few second and then use when it's warm enough. Works so well for me personally!
Personally I'd pronounce Muzigae as moo-zi-gay or moo-ji-gay because it's based on 무지개 (mujigae) which is the Korean word for rainbow. The second -ji- pronunciation is closest to the actual pronunciation of the word, but the first with -zi- is based on its spelling in English. Korean doesn't have a "z" sound, so loanwords with it usually use ㅈ, which is normally written as "j" in English. As such, sometimes Koreans mess around with j/z in native Korean words written in the Latin alphabet, so mujigae becomes muzigae for example. A Korean person would probably still pronounce it the same (with "j") because there is no "z" sound so it's harder for them to make if they are monolingual Korean speakers; this is just a stylisation for their branding and for non-Korean speakers!

When it comes to foundation and concealer, I'm more of a full coverage girl so I tend to stick to the same brands more, but I know a lot of K-Beauty products have good lip tints and lipsticks. The blushes and eyeshadows look pretty too. They're also good when it comes to skin care. Also, I like the individual false eyelashes because I have naturally long eyelashes and I'm not used to wearing the bold dramatic looks. They're hard to find in the U.S tho also am I the only one who thinks the heated eyelash curler sounds dangerous?

OMG 😆 mu-zi-gae(not a gay lol) means rainbow in Korean! Glowy overlip, natural colored eye makeup is new trend in here. U should try DASIQUE, WAKEMAKE eye shadow palette and HEARTPERCENT lip liners and glow tints ❤
I’ve been using Isntree’s Green Tea Emulsion, and it works quite well for my combination skin.🙂 It comes out like a light lotion, but quickly absorbs into the skin without a sticky finish.

Was hoping you could do a video on cleaning & maintenance for make up brushes? I was referencing one of your eye makeup videos the other day and … let’s just say the whole process was a dumpster fire of an effort... I then realized that I never actually deep clean my make up brushes. there is a lot of eyeshadow buildup stuck in them and so everything comes out dark and smudgy. I’m always in a rush so I wipe it on a clean towel a few times but that’s it. I’m an artist so the only thing I know how to use is paint thinner to clean brushes but I have a feeling that paint thinner is NOT what I should use for stuff that touches my face.

at 5:28 i'm really fascinated by the shade rosy. i've always wondered why many foundations for lighter skins have mostly yellow undertones, especially in the american beauty industry even though most paler or white people i've seen have pinky undertones like the rosy shade!
i like to use my heated curler after using a regular curler just to make sure the curl stays all day! it's hard to get a pretty curl with just the heated curlers

Muzigae, im guessing they were tryna go for "mujigae" which means rainbow in korean - ive noticed some koreans romanize in different ways... (eg CL using "gizibae" instead of "gijibae" for her song The Baddest Female)
moo-ji-gae mansion is the correct pronunciation! muzigae means rainbow. coincidentally, muzi also means 'very' in korean. so in my head, muzigae means 'very gay' and 'rainbow' lol 🌈
Tina can you tell us what shade are you in other foundation (like idk dior, l’oreal, maybelline ecc)? I was planning on getting the darkest shade of the hince foundation, but i’m afraid it will be too light for me 🥹🥲
Korean is really good on creating skincare trends, but I feel like there makeup "trends" are quite gimmicky or only work for a small demographics, the spatula way of actually applying foundation only works if your skin is quite even, and it would be hard to adjust coverage or applying on the nose, eyes, etc.
