I have both a cheap Temu pump sprayer and the expensive ‘Hydro UK’ model. There is little to no difference between them. You can adjust the Temu pre-wash nozzle pattern btw; it just takes a tweak of the tip whilst holding the base - there’s a life lesson there for the missus too I think 😂
One big difference between Hydro bottle (they put a different sticker on it lol) i think the temu ones may be rejects or something but auto finesse also do one for £20 i think too but it is shocking at that price
The Hydro ones don’t have a pressure release valve either; you have to unscrew the top (usually by clasping the bottle against your chest) causing it to foam all over your Tee shirt 🤬
@@cholomondeleybiscuitt That's crazy. They definitely made a good marketing campaign and if they really have sold 10,000 of them then they have easily made £250,000 turnover off these 😱 I'm in the wrong business lol
So what you're saying is, the vacuum cleaner doesn't suck, so to speak. The bit where the vacuum falls off your hand did make me LOL. 🤣 This channel is definitely one of the best for getting all your car cleaning knowledge. Excellent job Dave. 👍
Please keep ordering more from Temu and show what's crap and the gold nuggets . Ive found some good interior detailing brushes , chemical sprayers , wash mits , bug sponges , short guns , pet hair removal tools etc
Hi Dave , some of Temu products are not to bad to be fair and it stops us being ripped off back here , The brushes you brought are rubbish but the bore hair brushes they do are brilliant and the wash mitts are pretty good as well . I brought a small hoover / blower and it does a good job getting the little bits away from around the dash and also bowing dust and bits out of the hard to reach places . I did try a few microfibre cloths but not keen on the quality of them . Good to see you showing a video using these products !
It’s all trial and error. Some really great stuff but then some shockers .. certainly some stuff I’ll reorder. Got that exact pump and cpl months on it’s going strong. Some great micro fibre clothes. Great review.
I have used that same sprayer. Foam sprayers just require more pumping vs non foaming ones. I used mine for several months with wheel cleaner and it worked fine no issues. I wouldnt use it for the whole car or youll be pumping for days.
Great vid showing your temu delivery.. got a vacuum cleaner similar.. same brushers, dont use them much but the dog loves to steal them and chew them🐾🤣
When are you going to make a video about the ecoBooster? (It has only been available for a few weeks.) This thing is an absolute revolution in high-pressure cleaning! It delivers much more power, even for older devices, is much quieter, has less recoil, and is much more comfortable to use. The jet is much more homogeneous, allowing for the cleaning of delicate surfaces. Thanks to the wider and stronger jet, you can finish cleaning much faster.
Great video Dave. I bought one those pump foamers some months ago. I use it as an alternative to having shampoo in a bucket. Just spray the foam directly on the wash mitt or pad.
I’ve got the same pump sprayer. It seemed like it was decent at first, but like you say you need to re pump way to much. And I feel like the handle won’t last 5 minutes either. Suppose you get what you pay for really
Once again another fantastic and informative video Dave I got one of them pump sprayers just for my wheels with snow form and it works well, as I got no running water and wash the wheels after with a bucket of water and micro cloth.
Great video mate highly entertaining 😂 buy cheap buy twice!? I can’t believe you are getting a hard time about a certain manufacturer of pressure washers blowing fuses 🤔
That wheelcleaner-thing look like a thing my wife use for scrubbing her back with, in the shower. Just thinking….🤔. No, she WILL be angry if i “borrow” it and use it on the wheels. 😅
I need help because I’m into cars and I have always wanted to start my own valeting. I ordered stuff of Temu and I don’t have a clue how to use most of it. If u could help me learn the basics it would be great because it’s like a wee side hustle and I want to know what i actually need before I start
The pump sprayers and brushes I have got. Problem is I've a couple of accounts and forgot I'd ordered already so I've ended up with 10 brushes and 2 of the pump sprayers. Worth having something as back up and for the money it gets you out of a hole
Grate video Dave, not to be a k*ll joy but TEMU are and have been under investigation for selling data on with out the owner of that data knowing, but other than that grate video keep it up.
Thanks mate, Yeah That's fine by me. Facebook already listen to my phone 24/7 so i've gone past caring about my data lol. This is not an endorsement for TEMU in any way shape or form btw 😅
@DAVE i couldn't stop laughing. Imagine turning up to someone home and producing these items to valet their car. I imagine they would secretly record it. Pop it on RU-vid, and it would break the net with a number of views. Absolutely brilliant entertainment. On another note, you know I have just got interested in wanting to keep my son's Toyota Corolla saloon as nice as possible, I bought the Ava p60 pressure washer, and i had to order the premium snow foam cannon for AVA themselves, the only thing I knew about washing the car was using the 2 lances at our local garage. I have watched most of your videos. The one with your cousin would be just like me. So what I'm asking is a list of items 1st for the outside of his car, I know you use a citrus pre wash at the bottom where the heaviest dirt would be followed by snow foam, but after watching so many of your videos I'm a little confused. I wouldn't be using a claybar, but I want to hand polish the car all of this is outside. Can you just give a list of what I need? All this is for personal use. The pressure washer had a better kickback than what they have in our garage. I went through all the brickwork, the patio, etc. All i can say is yes, I spent €420 on it, but it was well worth the price . The way it cleaned everything and in no time at all. Sorry about the length, but of this message, but all I can say is you are the man. No BS, just tell it as it is. Thank you. Don't forget a list of the items you would buy if you're just using it to get the best results for your own private car
@epicautomotivedetailing I think when I said I complete list. It is more about what would be the brand of the best snow foam, brand for the best citrus pre wash. I should have made it clearer, it's the brands because I'm walking into a place, and they know as much as myself. Nothing. Sorry for the confusion
@@patfalvey30 Ok one problem is theres very little difference between the top 5 brands so its hard to have outright favourites but ill put something together soon anyway as its a great idea
I have bought so much Temu Detailing products for monthly video. I even Bought a Pressure Washer from there which will be here next week. Some of it is hit and miss but its actually quite fun testing it out
i got that power washer. it wasnt to bad for a few weeks. no matter where you put the soap setting it empties within seconds. plus the o ring on the soap part failed for me so leaked after a few weeks. i had that hand held vac cleaner as well. not the best and quite poor plastic. no worse than anyother cheap hand held hoover
dave just one question do you think its worth paying from well known brands like duel and autofinesse for accesories or should i look further to temu and ali express etc?
To be honest some products look identical but the manufacturing process may be slightly different so the quality control on temu stuff isn't quite as good. I've bought a foam cannon from AliExpress for a few quid and it was identical to a few bigger brands so everything almost comes from china. It's just very hot and miss.
Dave, i cant find a video where you talk about the blower (i dont remember how is that called 😂). My husband said that he wants something like blower so he can quickly dry his motorbike and car and i said: watch Dave's videos. But we cant find it 😔 Which blower would you recommend please?
Excellent vid👍. I bought the plastic blades for a De sticker job. The blade melted with the heat from the heat gun and then melted when using tar and glue remover! 😂
@@epicautomotivedetailinggoogle maps? I’m now starting up my car cleaning business, I went door to door for a few hours with my buddy and we got nobody, any advice?
What the............. Anyway that reminds me. If you drop the ( T ) from TEMU What have you got ? Yes folks good old EMU. How i miss Rod Hull. 🤔. He wasn't brilliant but made me laugh.... Just like the last 15 minutes. Dad 👍🍺
@@Ayush-Hazarika-7777 that's crazy china is a lot closer to India than the UK. Would have thought they would be big over there. In the UK companies are rebranding these foam sprayers for £22
Funnily enough I bought the pump foam dispenser and the wheel brushes and for what paid I can’t complain especially when I compare to the canon I bought for my Karcher pressure washer which cost a whole lot more and seems temperamental. The cheap wheel mitt seems good although I wouldn’t expect it to last so I might try that. One thing I would say in Temu’s favour is, if you are dissatisfied they do provide a refund. In my opinion I wouldn’t say the products are for professional use but is fine for an amateur clearer.
So you went on the cheapest site on the planet and bought the worst reviewed items available, and still thought they were better than the reviews and actually somewhat useful?
I am so sick & tired of seeing Temu ads. I will never have anything to do with them. You need to be extremely careful with any personal data, and the products are generally rubbish
Yea I agree. It's relentless as soon as you download that app. Just to clarify this is 100% not an ad, I know a few other channels do temu ads but I'm not interested in promoting them. I just enjoy buying cheap stuff because I am cheap 😂
Why do you own social media and a phone if you’re that uptight about personal data 🤦♂️ And saying the products are ‘generally rubbish’ just proves you’re a massive conspiracy theorist and can’t make opinions for yourself. I’ve been using Temu for over a year and it’s been superb. Saved me loads of money and the products are great for the price. Chin up lad 👍
Dave love your content but I can't believe that you don't have even more subs. I've used your channel to keep my Audi in Tip Top and I have found I enjoy it that much I am cleaning friends and family cars for free........ That said I don't think I'll be buying off Temu
