0:58 there is usually water bubbles under the grass so when you jump on a certain point it pushes the water in a different direction which brought the ball up

The reason that Ronaldo could do the pop up penalty kick is because water sometimes get under the turf and when you step on the water bubble under the turf it slightly moves the turf around it.
