This was by far, the best video reviewing these smart scales. I've been wanting to invest in one of these for a long time, but not knowing which one would be the best. Looks like the Withings is the winner.
I have the Wellue body fat scale and it charges with a USB instead of batteries and in having it a year I've only had to charge it once! I would totally buy it again over a battery operated one. But great video overall, very informative!
Happy you tested BodyFat scales! Can we test again? TWO BIG POINTS: 1) Please test 8 point scales, not 4 point. 2) precision is far more important than accuracy. I am looking for a scale that says when I gain 1% body fat, that says I gained 1% body fat. Precision. I have access to 3 body fat scale and I am happy to help if you like!
Have you looked at the HumeHealth Body Pod? They are saying it does a highly accurate measure of 40 body composition metrics. Uses feet sensors in the scale and hand sensors embedded in a handle.
Hi Juliana, I love your videos and your approach to fitness and diet ❤️ Can you make a video sometimes about BMR and AMR and all that stuff? Thank you xx
The thing I don’t like about the GE scale is that it’s not battery operated so you have to charge… the batteries……. Also seems insane that aesthetics is a rating for a scale to weigh yourself.
Hi Juliana so great to see you and I want to start of by saying you look amazing, now as far as the scales I’m thinking they can be a bit frustrating if you keep getting different readings because then it makes it hard on what to believe and in no way am I an expert on weight and nutrition I’m just saying the way I feel and I’m thinking when on a weight loss journey maybe get the full body checkup maybe once a week I’m not sure but at the same time Juliana I trust you for the best way to go about losing weight and I wanted to say I’ve been on a fitness journey and I’ve lost 30 pounds so far and I have so much energy it feel great and I have no plans on stopping so again you really do look amazing and you don’t need no scale to tell you anything just look in the mirror and be proud of how good you look and with that see you on the next fitness experience peace ☮️ out ✌️
Withing scales have issues and I am looking for a replacement after 3 years of its BS. The problem I came across every thunderstorm if power goes out and or and wifi is down you spend days getting it to log weight etc in its own app never mind apple health. I factory reset , set it all up will work that day then next am weight dose not log again in the whitings app rinse and repeat setting this stupid scale back up on day 4 now still not working next am, after trying every fix they suggest. Not a scale would recommend and mine is going in the trash a waste $200.
When they give different results even for the weight which is supposed to be straightforward how can you rely on any of them? So just pick the one that gives the healthiest result?
So you'd pick the scale out of this bunch that was way off from everything else and that she was more fit than she actually is? I like this comparison video because the ones that read similar results to each other are also likely to be the most accurate than one that reads drastically different from the bunch
I have the renpho scale and at an athlete level I was around 17% body fat and at regular I am at 26%. I had a DEXA scan a month ago and it has me at 38.9%😱👀 I am now at the obese level at 5’5” and 134.6 pounds and wear a size 7 jeans at age 58.
Hey, I’m a long time follower not so much commenter… I am very similar to yourself without the bikini modelling 😂 but my weight can fluctuate, mainly due to having endometriosis. I was wondering and I think I know what you’re going to say… but my thighs have always been an issue, even at my happy and fit weight of 154lbs (I’m 5’7) my thighs are still really, well - fat! I can feel the muscle underneath but they are still super thick and not entirely toned. What are your tips for jelly thighs!? Help!
