NOTES: - Yes I messed up the title card for The Hunt lmao - I don't consider 3 Turn Ult Huohuo as it's pretty unreliable, and in the best cases it only works with some specific teams. - The Bonus sustain for Clara alongside Tingyun means Huohuo can just be a better Lynx if you're worried about sustain power when you consider Clara's ult uptime, since aggro has high diminishing returns.

I've been having a lot of fun using HuoHuo with my Clara with e6 tingyun and e6 yukong, especially while farming the lack of aggro buff has't been an issue so far since Clara has had near 100% enhanced counters since she's shredding through waves of enemies. It's also fun having the Girls With Scary Companions on the same team. Thank you for the guide as always!

To any Clara enjoyers, I highly recommend replacing Lynx with Huohuo The added aggro Clara gets from Lynx' skill is irrelevant since the aggro gained from Clara's ultimate is more than sufficient, especially when you are feeding her even more energy with Tingyun. Having a truckload of cleanses from Huohuo is amazing too.

As someone who missed luocha and regrets it HuoHuo has been a great sustain for me to get used to what it’s like not having Fu Xuan on your team 😂. I legit forgot what it was like to not have massive damage resist so playing with Natasha and Lynx just felt bad sometimes imo. HuoHuo’s sustain goes crazy though and has managed to keep up where the other two could not. I still intend on getting luocha for my DHIL as he seems to be the best healer for him but I am very pleased with her performance.

I'm really enjoying what she brings to double DPS set-ups. That extra energy really does enable faster rotations, and with Topaz and Jing Yuan whose auxiliary damage scales off of having their ults often (Windfall / LL speed), she really does support nicely. The added ATK% boost also helps to make her feel more like a pseudo-harmony unit. 10/10, would have an Astillion extra speed with borderline near-permanent uptime and a Topazillion extra follow-up attacks again.

HH seems like a character you throw in every team comp, then you forget how the game actually plays because your rotations are different.

I've been using HuoHuo, Asta, Tingyun, and King Yuan as my farming team to test things. So far, the numbers look great, even without the new follow-up set on King Yuan. As far as CC goes, I've noticed that with the talent, the CC Dispel/Cleansing effect happens before they actually act, meaning they keep their turn. The new Wraith Warden's stun is mean, but with HuoHuo's cleanse, it hasn't really delayed Lightning Lord all that much, though I suspect Asta's speed tuning on my team is helping King Yuan hit HuoHuo's Talent/Skill proc faster.

Yeah, what I figured. If I grabbed Jingliu or ran more Nihility, I'd probably consider her more. Otherwise, Clara wants Lynx for Aggro, and Moondrinker and Qingque use SP. I already have an E1 Fu Xuan to sustain and buff.

I have a relatively new account. Started when Jingliu released. I pulled for Huo after putting a lot of thought into. I have Gepard and Bailu e1 with her Lightcone. Other than those 5*, I only have Jingliu. Seeing that my Jingliu team was with Pela, Tingyun and Bailu/Natasha, I felt that getting Huo Huo would be a great upgrade since i don't have Bronya to turbo Jingliu. I also plan on getting Kafka whenever she returns, as I have Sampo and Guinaifen built, so Huo would fit with her as well. I feel it was kinda a tough choice, because I don't have another 5* dps and have Bailu & Gepard. But I was close to pity and still have around 70 pulls saved, hopefully for Ruan Mei or Kafka.

Interested in details on the E4 Kafka and Tingyun synergy. Haven't built Tingyun and don't really know her updated sets and lightcone for this to work with Kafka

I think for DHIL it’s likely the offset from DHIL getting pseudo skill points from his ult will offset the skill point consumption of huo2.

Thanks for the video and enabling my hypercarry kafka obsession lol. I could run her with huohuo, tingyun, and asta (for kafka relic set bonus and hopium burn procs) instead of the usual DoT`s team like sampo and guigui. I didnt have Topaz but i imagine the team could use her aswell. Kafka team have a lot of flexibilities now.

Won the 50/50 after much contemplation on if I really needed her or not (Had gotten Bailu on standard last patch and already had Fu Xuan and Lynx) buuuut my still underbuilt fu xuan kept dying in swarm disaster so now I'm thinking of a blade, huohuo, guinaifen and possibly either SW, tingyun or yukong team if all goes well after i properly build huohuo and guinaifen, fu xuan, I'm sorry, but you'll have to retire until when i need to farm for materials

Don’t know if you’re still checking this comment section, but for the HuoHuo Tingyun duo, do you recommend running a 5% ERR planar set for Tingyun guaranteed 3 turn ult or does HuoHuo make up for it?

Seems like it would be interesting to try Himeko on a Skill negative rotation and just Ult more frequently; I don't have her but when thinking about who might want to ult spam she comes to mind. Welt also seems fun, though I'm not saying these are optimal teams when compared with the more meta DPS options. Also something that might not need to be said but is worth remembering; Huo Huo is kind of a kitchen sink unit, so the fact she's doing stuff to compare with Harmony units on a capable solo sustain that also cleanses plenty(unlike some others who just sustain without extra value) means that even a small improvement to SP or Energy economy, consistency etc is basically 'free.'

Im not sure if ill pull for her since i have an built up lynx and fu xuan and so far is more than enough to 1 cycle with jingliu MOC, and since my sec character is blade, the energy regen inst all that usefull, i might skip for ruan mei after all...

Lost a bet so I rolled for her, and got E1 Huohuo from low pity (the bet was to throw 30 pulls in, I was at 8 pity and 50/50), tried again tonight, and the surrender fox decided to drop by twice at once (after a lost 50/50 at high pity, I was morbidly curious after my initial luck so I spent rolls I had banked for ratio or mei), so now I’m E3. Why is the surrender fox haunting me. By the way the lost 50/50 was my first Himiko so now I’m torn between trying to get resources to build her and Herta for pure fiction next update,or new relic domain (Kafka dot is the entire reason I though I wanted huohuo, so they have decent relics, but Himiko probably want the new domain set and my topaz set is cobbled together because I originally thought all I had to do this update was farm it, now I’m splitting between, 3 characters to build, well huohuo is done already, and new relics), all of my fuel went to building surrender fox. Her ult is gonna sit at 11/12 for a while, I don’t think there is a break point there.

I lost pity to Clara but got her, then got a second 50/50 loss to Bsilu when trying to go for E1. Now I don't know whether to keep going.

Nihility is so good with Huohuo u mention it twice. Jk ofc but on Hunt chapter at 6:01 the screen shows Nihility instead.

They definitely made those annoying grave wardens stun just to sell Huohuo more, but if they do get added to MoC - Huohuo stonks. Luocha doesn't reliably cleanse it.

Clara topaz tingyun seems good all of them need energy to do there best possible damage and and overall more fua’s also sp will not be an issue cus she use’s the same amount as a lynx

This may be irrelevant but I find that Welt is weirdly under-utilised as a support. There’s this weird thought that Mono Quantum is better full quantum, but I find using Welt better while using Broken Keel. He buffs Seele, lowers SPD, toughness if the applied weakness is Imaginary (or the other way around since it’s either one or the other most the time), and has great damage. It’s one example where Penacony is useless since Broken Keels are better. I used it myself to raise Seele’s Crit Dmg to her desired 160%, used Break set ornaments to raise her Weakness Break to 70%, and have the exact same percentage for Silverwolf. Ofc I’m farming the better set for Seele now so I can use her out of that highly specific team.

HuoHuo feels really nice with Pela + Tingyun + Daniel, havent had any SP problems due to Pela AAing + Daniel getting ult so often. Nice survivability coupled with a lot of offense.

I got a team of: DHIL, fuxuan, yukong, and huohuo and it is hell managing SP. Swapped fu xuan for hanya for better SP but now i just get 1 shot so im struggling tryna figure out whether i want better survivability or better damage

Use tingyun, yukong and huohuo with a foxian dps when thats released. It will be a fun game to guess on who will take the most damage.

I use E2 IL, E6 TY, E6 Yukong, Fu Xuan. It's really good and can get 0 cycles in MoC 10 node 2, but do you think it's good to replace Fu Xuan with Huo Huo for this team? Huo Huo's SP neutral is what makes me hesitate to pull her for my IL team. I know i can just use Huo Huo for other team since i still use Bailu, but i just want to pamper my IL more if Huo Huo can improve my IL team.

Jingliu+bronya teams with huohuo have sp issues? I keep running out of skill point I'm trying to build the team such that Bronya E skill every turn

She lets asta do a 2 turn ult rotation like, skill skill ult, skill basic ult and repeat. I use it alongside kafka and sampo and letting her use the basic every other ult gives me enough sp to spam kafkas skill (my huohuos e1 though so i skill then basic x3)

for IL, have you tried slowIL+Fastbronya? Although I can get ult every pseudo 4T rotation (actually 2T with bronya contribution) with: Bronya Basic -> Dhil 2xSP (or 3xSP if 5 SP in bank) blast -> Bronya skill -> Dhil 3xBlast -> Bronya Basic -> Dhil basic -> Bronya Skill -> Dhil 3xSP Blast + ult -> repeat I'm not too sure Dhil can do that with SP neutral huo (161 spd bronya+pela, base spd dhil). I'm mostly considering huo is a Lynx improvement.

What I've gathered from this video is that IL E2 + Tingyun E6 Ult + HuoHuo Ult + Kill = 3EBA (using SP) > Ult > 3EBA > Ult > 3EBA, is that accurate? Did the IL chain just get another link? I guess the only dilemma is that he may not have any small enemies left to kill after his first 3EBA.

I've been using Quid Pro Huohuo with an E1S1 Bronya (just got her dupe off Huohuo's banner from losing my 50/50, lol) and swapping out the main dps and second support for the last spots. I'm really liking what I'm seeing, but I think it will come together further when I get a good 4pc Messenger set and get Huohuo's Ult to level 10. I mostly go for 0/1 cycle clears, so that extra skill point at the start really helps in setting up for the Second Wave. Quid Pro can be difficult to navigate at times, in contrast to Shared Feelings, but it can really pay off as well as a higher source of energy unique to Abundance characters which augments HuoHuo's role nicely while being fairly easy to S5. Speaking of which, she fulfills a very nice role of helping support the team while being able to heal and cleanse enough to prevent death. I.e. a safer alternative to running triple support for fights where that may be especially risky like MoC 10 side B. In conclusion to Huohuo herself, as an end game player, she's a good fit for me since I really want a sustainer to offer a lot of support to the team. But, I also think for newer players, who may not be going for speed runs, will appreciate how every skill use is rivaling the healing output of other Healer's Ults while giving a decent safety net to debuffs/DoTs with decent out of turn healing as well. Perhaps such a player may enjoy using a LC that bolsters her healing though as to get more from the out of turn heals via her talent just to help ensure no one dies between skill opportunities on Huohuo. Thanks for producing both the previous and this video on her to showcase her potential effect further Guoba. ♥

My Jing Yuan team can finally auto MoC thanks to HH, no Bailu and Gepard is in Jingliu team, although this team, thanks to Pela always using skill and Bronya using normal attack for whatever reason, this team can’t auto… but no big deal.

The Huohuo, Jinglui, Ting, & Pela comp is my new favorite team. So satisfying if you are able to keep Jinglui in her enhanced state for the almost majority of the fight.
