Thanks for the sub. Huohuo's skill set is certainly more offense-oriented, a preference I personally also favor over the defensive skill set that the current healers provide. Good luck on your pulls; I hope you get her quickly because the featured 4 stars on her banner aren't the most appealing in my opinion.

HuoHuo is basically bailu with no randomisation on her heal + Tingyun to a certain degree and some cleanses in 1 character slot. That’s broken lol. Some people just don’t understand that.
@user-fe3bv9ln2y it's strong but it's not needed if you already have good sustain at that point it's a luxury pull much smarter to just save for better characters aka Ruan mei and hanabi
@@iHudo8430 Some people do not like some of them, or lack a Fu Xuan, for example. Lacking one of the big healers means you kind of need them unless you want to be suboptimal until they rerun.
As a person who only has E1 S1 Bailu and a Natasha and is currently at high pity and guranteed, I see this as an absolute win (After getting HuoHuo I might pull for Silver Wolf next banner)

One unseen benefit worth mentioning with Luocha that is pretty easy to forget is that he does have a major trace that makes him nigh impossible to CC, which is nice in terms of avoiding having your sustain not able to do anything at a bad time. Though obviously you can fix that with Huo Huo with just proper relic building and even with LC by getting enough resist so it's not a major point, but still worth keeping in mind. I personally pulled Luocha in the past partially because of that trace admittedly. Great video either way. I will try my 50/50 on her since I am at 60-70 pulls and think she looks cute even if I quite frankly don't need her since I do got Fu Xuan and Luocha. But if I lose my 50/50 I probably will just save
Good point on the trace. I think Huohuo also have a similar trace that provides some kind of CC resist. The saddest thing is watching your healer frozen while the rest of the team is getting pummeled so CC resist trace is definitely valuable. 😅
i got huohuo on my first 10 pull after coming back to hsr after a few months. i was pretty angry, since i wanted argenti but damn, huohuo is an amazing healer, you got buff, heal,cleanse,and even a little er as well. especially since i got blade a few months later and i didnt have any healer other then nat
One more thing to mention about luocha strength that he has AoE buff dispel. I think in the future there will be more bosses, elites or creeps those has multiple buffs. At the moment, there is already obese robotic police and his army those have their own buffs and they hit really hard.
Ironically, I was one of the players who used Bailu as my main healer early on before getting Huohuo, not even pulling for Luocha or building Natasha to even use as my healer during battles. I did eventually get Luocha but he’s currently benched right now
I also went from bailu to Huohuo. What a difference lol. Luocha was and is still a "great" healer, it's just that he doesn't have that "extra" oomph that the other newer sustain characters have imo.
I think you forgot to mention how Luocha also has the ability to debuff the enemy. Which can be very useful. I personally still think Luocha has more value.

(That haunted Tail bullying her to action is adorable :) But I already have Luocha and all those 50/50 losses have given me a E2 Bailu. *Snif* Both are built. Not sure I can justify spending those carefully saved jades. I probably wait until there’s more testing out there :)
Definitely wait for more official gameplay videos of her performance after her official release. Huohuo's featured 4 stars is already not pleasing to the eyes, it will depressing to spend 50 pulls on a couple of Dan Heng and Arlan...
@@GoodestDuck good advice :) hehe, actually wouldn’t mind going for the underdogs. I’m one of the weird ones who like Arlan so that’s not a problem. (Dan Heng is very much built and in use, but he’s already E6.) But that’s a moot point since i’m guaranteed and very close to pity. Max 20 pulls and the limited 5star of my choosing is home. Cool but almost too good to waste.

They definitely made her in a way she can be paired with Tingyun for hyper ult spam set-ups. If Hoyo didn't rerun SW on Argenti debut then I'd say they're trying to save Erudition by setting him up for success. Keep in mind Huohuo will also be giving Tingyun energy, which in turn increases the energy output further.
Tingyun + Huohuo is an interesting concept upon my initial impression but will have to playtest it to see it's actual effectiveness. If it does work, it'll be fun to do an Infinite Energy Glitch 😅
@GoodestDuck Right now even with Coggers/MotP, Tingyun needs to skill once if she doesn't get hit one turn before Benediction ends. The extra energy from Huohuo will be great for fixing up messy rotations like that. I think the 3 star Abundance LC that action advances on basic will unironically be one of her BIS to increase her energy output. Like Coggers it's one of those "secretly OP" 3 star LCs, but it still hasn't had an amazing user of it besides Bailu and Lynx.
idk I think Huohuo being right before Argenti is actually detrimental to him, since most F2P and low-spenders will struggle to afford both of them in a row. kind of an asshole move if they really intended for them to be used together.

I'm pulling for Huohuo because of a few reasons, but I mainly need another Abundance for that harder content. Being not only Abundance but also Wind is a major bonus for me, and I love her design. I do have Fu Xuan, but she's my most-built Preservation right now, so I'm keeping her on the team regardless. Currently have Sushang as a DPS, but I might change that when I can, if I need to. I'm on my guaranteed, since I pulled Bronya going for Jingliu, so I should get at least Huohuo herself no problem. Also, Tingyun+Huohuo sounds ABSOLUTELY BROKEN, assuming their buffs stack.
to give a quick summary reason to pull for huo huo: - you have topaz , clara , jingyuan , jingliu or any atk scaling dps - you using 100% of your brain (because rotation and SP stuff) - you dont have Blade or DHIL - you need second best healer and cleanse reason to not pull for huo huo: - you only have Blade or DHIL as dps as of now - you have smoll brain (you are a random bullshit go player and cant manage SP stuff) - you already have Luocha , FX , Lynx build well - you need SP positive team

Thanks 😄 I just started recently so there's definitely slow improvement in my video qualities. Hopefully it'll continue to improve over time. Who knows what end game content Hoyo would throw at us. Having two elite healers ready is good prep. I suspect they'll eventually force us to run 3 teams but that's just a theory.
my biggest problem with huohuo is not her kit but the timing of her banner. sw banner is after hers, lost the first time and I'll make sure I get her this time. not to mention sw banner also has hanya in it; and then there's hanabi looming around the corner. perhaps on her rerun. I've been getting 30 stars on moc anyways so its not like I really need her.
Silverwolf's rerun banner is miles better than Huohuo's banner. It's not even a fair comparison. Sparkles is a definitely another highly anticipated character that may be at Bronya level at the minimum in my opinion so save those Jades.
Huohuo is way more SP hungry than Luocha. Dan Heng's need for SP might be a conflict but I can't say for sure right now. Of course, all this can be resolved if there is some Quantum Harmony character who can regen SP for the whole team. If only. 😏
I'm not a theorycrafter but one combo I want to try is Imbibitor Lunae, with Huo Huo and Tingyun. I have Fu Xuan, but didn't get Luocha and need a better sustain for parties with Dan Heng IL, and Jing Liu, and even though Huo Huo isn't as skill positive as Luocha, I think her in combination with Tingyun will be able to keep Dan Heng in his ULT state more often where he only needs 1 skill point for his most powerful basic attack. Like this I can keep my Jing Liu party as Fu Xuan, Pela, and Bronya.
damn she really is tempting as a support character but idk im pretty content with my current sustain characters (gepard and lynx) and im deadset on pulling argenti's banner. also theres a kafka rerun coming up which i think i value more to add to my teams you make a great argument tho i have to admit. it was strong enough to start swaying my jades wallet. I appreciate that you didnt simply call other characters mid in comparison and brought a proper case unlike other youtubers on the subject
That humor drop is everywhere in this video xD Somethings I want to add, I actually don’t think HuoHuo is a better option than Luocha for the 3 major destruction units. Provided that you can choose between the two; I drew this conclusion with some specific data but might subject to change as they release, so I’ll just say this as an opinion for now. However, like you said in the video, generally HuoHuo does provide more value in other cases and expertise, such as if you use DoT team or FuA, or just any regular DPS combo. The reason the three Destruction units are not as synergistic with HuoHuo is due to their source of power: 1. DHIL needs SP, he can transfer Ult (energy) into personal SP, but the rate even as E2+ is 3 per Ult; the amount HuoHuo provided and the frequency of it isn’t enough as for what I know so far; 2. Any Blade with Eidolons would want to go for a high HP stat, which HuoHuo won’t be able to heal back fully; will he survive? Of course, he can survive without a healer. But his damage will be less due to the scaling on HP lost. His Ult is also HP lost dependent, so getting it faster isn’t necessarily better than getting more HP lost first then Ult big; 3. Jingliu might be the better of the two in terms of synergy with HuoHuo, but her ATK% is diluted in her special state. She also is a burst damage dealer, meaning chances are she already done with combat before HuoHuo’s ult is up. If you encounter a longer combat or multiple waves, then HuoHuo’s value will rise, but at the moment the hardest content in game don’t have those conditions; and if you want to prolong JL’s state longer by putting both Tingyun and HuoHuo on her team, then you lose out some of the better support forms in other categories (such as, Pela’s ice resistance penetration, or defense shred, or Bronya’s Action Advance mechanics + damage boost, etc.) and in turn you sacrifice JL’s burst with a longer state duration. For current content, that doesn’t seem to be a good trade off. Other than these cases, I’m sure HuoHuo is great to be utilized by a lot of accounts, good luck on your pulls!!
I agree with most of what you said. I still think Jingliu will benefit more with Huohuo as her healer than Luocha. From personal experience, I've always find my Jingliu team comps to have a surplus of SP when using healers such as Lynx and Bailu, who are not remotely close to being a SP generator such as Luocha. I didn't mention it in the video but my ideal pairing of a Jingliu comp will just be replacing current healer with Huohuo so I get to keep Bronya and Pela on the team. This is an upgrade in my opinion.
@@GoodestDuck Yeah, probably; but if you try out the same team comp instead of a SP positive healer, but with someone like Fu Xuan; then you will start noticing the SP limitation. HuoHuo’s SP rotation can only be more demanding than Fu Xuan. Also I assume you use Pela’s skill every two enemies turn for the ice resist penetration. However, I’m sure there are ways to work around it, it just may be a bit gear demanding for the SPD stats and all, or some other creative ways to make it easier. We’ll see how it turns out! :)
@@GoodestDuck even Jingliu doesn't require too many sp. Her team still need someone to be sp positive which battery sp for the team, but let say if Huohuo can maintain Jingliu syzygy state then there should be no issues.

She is good but her value is definitely less than Ruan Mei which I wanna get so badly. SADLY, this would also mean I would 100% have to skip Argenti. Great analysis! You deserve more subs dude. One thing you probably purposely left out (due to leak) that makes Huohuo absolutely broken is her E6. I know it's only applicable for whales, but god damn is that not the most broken E6 in the game right now: +50% DMG for target ally for 2 turns every time her heal procs (which is very often). Since Lynx is my only healer right now, I'm definitely going to go all in on Huouo.

I also can had a leak is the E1 of Huohuo who make sp positive like luocha. So basicly Huohuo E1 is the perfect fusion of Luocha and tingyun IN AOE. Like its totzly busted and she became even more sp positive if you add her lightcone.

Only Natasha and March... You must have been playing this game in Dark Souls level difficulty 😱 Huohuo is certainly going to up the comfort level when it comes to keeping the team alive as well as providing extra offensive perks.
Oh yea, Huohuo is such a life changer for those without Luocha and Fu Xuan. I was in the exact same situation. She made everything so much more comfortable.
I’ve not been playing for long (just started in October) and have just recently reached the luofu, was struggling a little but then with jade I got from huohuos trial I got her in a ten pull! Agreed, so much more comfy now than b4
i've been clearing all moc 10 with natasha so she took some offense from this video,she's a support tank that needs to time well her specials instead of being a lazy auto luocha, but other than that huo huo seems super cute to have in your team and broken if people use their brain.
Not saying Natasha can't clear MOC, she most certainly can. Even Herta can clear MOC as the damage dealer with the right relics and team. I'm just putting it out there that Huohuo is a "better" healer than Natasha. That doesn't make Natasha a bad healer, just not as effective and comfortable to use as Huohuo. It comes down to comfort in my opinion. It's much more easier to clear content with Huohuo than it is with Natasha. Just my take on it.
You're gonna have to sell me on Blade/Huo Huo. You can already do Lynx instead for mono Wind since Lynx is Quantum like SW. Plus, Lynx gives aggro and HP% to Blade, whereas Huo Huo gives Atk% which is worse for Blade's scaling. The energy is good, yes, but the aggro increase will ALSO increase energy from getting hit and will give more FUAs.
The Synergy segment was never meant to be the most optimized, Min Max team comp with Huohuo. It was only a quick initial impression of who I think may work well with Huohuo. Lynx is most likely Blade's best healer just because of the aggro manipulation alone and you won't find me arguing against.
Gepard works unbelievably well with Huohuo since he has the most taunt. He has a high AF defense stat with a good amount of health. The attack boost is nice but the energy is very very beneficial for his ultimate giving large shields. That combined with Bronya and Jingliu with them is kinda nuts. I haven't lost many fights at all with this setup. It really is beat it with that
My current Jingliu setup is similar except I have Tingyun over Gepard. Her blindfold is never coming on again! Do give it a shot if you have Tingyun. It's another a fun comp to play with.
tbh the reason why i pull huohuo is to complete my foxian collection/party but ended up liking her now i love her so much cuz she scaredy n cute lil foxian :3

I have Topaz, Lynx, Tingyun and Clara (in that order) on my team and if I want to swap out Lynx (love her ofc) for HuoHuo. So since Clara is on the furhter side bc of her agro and yet needs healing should I put her in the middle then in order to get as much as I can from HuoHuo's kit?
Yes. Put Clara in the 2nd or 3rd slot. That way, when Huohuo heals with her skill it will splash the healing to the teammates adjacent to Clara. For instance: If Clara is in slot #2 then the splash healing from Huohuo's skills will heal the character in slot 1 and 3.
I feel like 4star dh + welt + huohuo + ruan mei might go crazy, literally 0 enemy turns, of course ruan mei could be replaced by either pela or tingyun.
She's going to be good with any team in opinion. I don't think any damage dealer will dislike having more Atk% and Energy regen that Huohuo gives through her Ult.
Ngl i still pulled her before seeing if she was worth pulling I just see design i like and pull for it. So i have danheng [dragon] and her purely cause they’re so eye candy I was honestly debating whether i should get bronya or tingyun [i like bronya’s looks best] but i dont have her so because of this vid in the team comps ill just use tingyun cause danheng does need his ult best
I also pull for design most of the time. It is unfortunate that Bronya doesn't work too well with Cooler Dan Heng because of how SP hungry he can be. Tingyun fits his team better gameplay wise. Aesthetics wise, they're both 😊😊
i think one of the main things u forgot to mention is lynx eidolons are eventually gonna get c6d unlike a huohuo and i have e2 lynx rn and im using her over baliu over her due to her skill being now able to cleanse and i hope i can e6 her eventually
Yeah, I skipped over the Eidolon levels because while all players will "eventually" get a E6 Lynx, that could be a year or 2 from now. So I just strictly kept it at E0 for both, which is a bit unfair for the 4 stars but it is what it is.
Me who did 80 pulls on her banner and didn't get a single copy, but instead got her in the standard. It's actually not easy to snipe for 4* as people think
huo huo's weakness is the inability to give emergency heals, what I mean is if the enemy has high speed or spamable slow or cc, then huo huo might fall, becuz of how much she relies on taking turns to heal, I don't think slow characters like yangqing can benefit the style of her passive, huo huo's passive works well with fast characters like seele, huo huo is good to recover low dmg attacks and aoe attacks, but she struggles with high single dmg attacks becuz unlike other healers who can use their ult to heal up to full hp
I agree, Huohuo is certainly not perfect. Some of her issues can be resolved through Eidolon levels and her signature LC but those are luxury benefits. She's still amazing despite some of her cons.
my only DDs are JY and JL. I skipped Luoacha and Fu Xuan, because Huohuo just fits perfect to my DD's, now have 30K Stellar Jades Left, and Pity is 40, lost 50/50
You're setup for success. At 40 Pity with guaranteed, you can go in there and snag yourself a Huohuo and then never look back. Those featured 4 stars on that banner is the biggest scam since FTX.
i have fuxuan E0S1, bailu E1S0 and gepard E0 with free herta light cone all fully build, should i pull for huo huo? i am a dedicated jingyuan man and unlimited energy recharge by pairing huohuo and tingyun kinda attract me a bit. Need advice cuz i also really want to pull for topaz rn (i got 73 pity)
Sorry on the late reply since by the time I'm writing this comment, Topaz Banner should be gone >.< I personally don't think Huohuo is worth it for you. Since you have Fu Xuan and two other sustain characters already. Fu Xuan and Jing Yuan is already a strong pairing. Is Huohuo and Jing Yuan just as strong? Yes. But your jades can go into future character that can benefit your team more.

I only have Nat and Lynx so Huo Huo is must pull for me. Gonna be rolling with E6 QQ, Silverwolf, Bronya, Huo Huo and can’t wait for life to get ten times easier not having to use Nat anymore.
She’s been significantly better than I thought she would be; I bored-pulled her. Interesting note on the placement of characters; I generally hit the “get targeted” characters to the side since that makes AOEs hit less characters, but your thoughts make sense. I bored pulled her, and she actually does great. Currently switched over Lynx’s “100% Res” setup to her, and it works nicely; like Lynx, she has a good cleanse, and keeping her up means she is always there to clean off Allies. The eff Res set also gives a further 10% to ally damage, enhancing her buffing effect.
@@GoodestDuck it didn’t take long. I have the Perfect Timing S3 (effect Res 24%), the set that gives effect Res ((10%), and she naturally has +20%, so that is 54%. It didn’t take long to get substats adding to 46%.
i have bailu and fu xuan as my main 5 star healer/support characters. The rest i have are imbibitor, jingliu (which are the dps i use the most) then seele, clara, and himeko. i think huohuo is cute but i’m not sure if she’s necessary or not, i’m f2p so i don’t want to waste pulls. of course i can pull for whatever i will enjoy but i enjoy having good teams so i want to know who’s the best for my situation.
My apologies for late response. In my opinion, the biggest concern for Bailu is her lack of cleanse. I'm not sure if you've experience that disadvantage when using Bailu. I've personally found myself in tricky situations because of Bailu not being able to cleanse. With that said, Bailu is still manageable but I found using Huohuo is much more comfortable than using Bailu. The healing is stronger and isn't RNG based. Huohuo has so many more advantages over Bailu but I won't wall of text you here. I can say for certain that Huohuo is a 100% upgrade over Bailu. However, as a F2P, you technically don't "need" Huohuo right now. I assume you're able to clear MOC and Swarm 5 with your current roster no problem. Your damage dealers are solid. I recommend saving for future Support Characters(Harmony/Nihility) or just pull for Huohuo if you find your Bailu to be lacking.
I'm planning her with this team: Jing Yuan Huohuo Tingyun Asta But still I am holding back to pull her since I have Loucha and Lynx (even she's E0) also I have Gepard but still not build .. wanna see her first in actual gameplay so I can decide 😅😅
Great content, well explained on how sustain with utility is helpful on a team comp. Sustain characters right now should be able to do more than just healing and shielding. This is why I pick FX and Huo Huo the better sustain than Luocha.
6:12 idk, ever since i got fu xuan i did not think about team being dead once (exept for some extreme cases). And that point of rather have huo huo ult is dumb. Fu xuan just gives most of her utility in skill. Thats it. And her ult still heals and gives her stack that lets team live even longer
The main job a sustain character is to keep the team alive. Fu Xuan does a hell of a job keeping the team alive. The same can be said for Luocha. It's just the slight differences that they each provide and what aspects players may prefer over.

i have no Solo sustains as well and i can't even clear Swarm Disaster difficalty 1, and i am close to my 50/50 on both the charchter event banner and light cone banner so with luck i will win both 50/50's (and if i am really lucky get some of Huohuo's eidolons on a 10 pull or two, if my sources are correct they are pretty OP!). The only thing holding Huohuo back (besides already having 2 good sustains) is her banner. It's downright pretty bad the 4* on her banner. If her banner was at least good i could see more people being interested. Sadly she's stuck with 2 below average dps & 1 decent one. This banner is more geared towards new players/console players than those who have been playing for awhile.
In my opinion, the only 4 star DPS worth building is the Gambling Gremlin Qingque. We can probably assume most players aren't going into the Huohuo banner for Eidolon copies of the featured 4 stars 😅
I want my last Serval eidolon haha, I just kinda love her character. And she can be helpful beside Kafka against lightning weak stuff if you use her right, I guess xD
@@maevethefox5912 I only need 1 eidolon to get e6 Serval. I'm 30-40 pulls away from getting Huo Huo, guaranteed. So that banner won't be so bad for me.
I still don't understand why so many sustain characters in a short range of time. My biggest concern about HSR is how fast they will bring to us new characters and the pace right now is acceptable because its the first patch (1.x). If they change it in 2.x we will stay with the same sustain options for a long time, if don't change anything so we'll start to a gacha system that makes reruns useless and a rain of new characters powercreeping each other and let them undervalue too fast. HuoHuo for me its the start point when the game are crossing that line and I really worried about. One of the many reason that Genshin has succeeded for so long its how great are characters released in 1.x and still very funny and desirables.
Just my two cents, I assume the character orders and reruns are because of the PS5 release or at least played a key role. We'll have to see how they manage the speed of release after 2.0/1st anniversary.
@@GoodestDuck Tgat would make sense, you do need to provide some options for the newcomers. They started right after Luocha and Fu Xuan so giving them a new healer is fair. And it explains why they began the reruns right after they released that port.
I think you understate SP consumption, as she ideally generate 0 SP for EAEA rotation, this is also need to sustain her huge energy req. FX generate 0.67 per turn as comparison, this is massive difference and place SP burden on support.
I am personally not the biggest Gepard fan so there might be some bias here. I dislike the fact that Gepard doesn't provide any healing at all. The shields are great but eventually the team will get withered down. Plus, characters like Blade and Jingliu doesn't work as well when pair with Gepard. Just my quick thoughts on Gepard.
my sustain isn't bad luocha can heal up to 5,5k in normal battle and my fuxuan have 10k hp and i pull cuz i love sustain char (even tho i really need dps right now)
I have both Lynx e6 and Lady Fu e0. Jingliu as my dps, however none of these two can keep up with Jingliu's hp drain alone, so I need both of them but that will remove will remove some damage output. Should I try to get huo huo? Or should I save up and skip till ruan mei?
Ruan Mei isn't going to solve the hp sustain issue you have right now but she'll for sure let your Jingliu hit like a truck. In my opinion, Huohuo is going to be able to keep up with Jingliu's HP drain but so can Luocha. Even if you miss Huohuo, there will always be a Luocha rerun eventually. If you're not sure right now, you can wait until actual gameplays of Jingliu + Huohuo comes out and go from there. At that time, there should be more "dreams" about Ruan Mei's kit so you could have a clearer picture of what you're potentially saving up for.
I'm 100% I'm pulling for huohuo, I don't have loucha or fu xuan. My only healer is bailu and her rng healing has screwed me multiple times so I'm due for an upgrade, it helps that huohuo is freaken adorable as well
I totally vibe with the cowardly healer trope they got going for her. Plus, she technically has two VAs in one so we're getting a buy 1 get 1 free deal!
I’m in the same spot as you. I have 3 damage dealers, good damage buffers/enemy debuffers. I just lack 5 star healing so HuoHuo seems like the most logical pick. I also like her personality most between the huohuo/luocha and fu xuan.

Silverwolf can allow you to force certain elements so she is easily the cheat code you may want to push through MOC. Speaking from personal experience, I got through all of MOC at TB level 60 because of Silverwolf. Otto/FuXuan/Huohuo are all sustain characters at the end of the day. You don't need all 3. If you have Lynx/Bailu, you could get away with only having one of Otto/ Fu Xuan/ Huohuo.

Im'ma still skip because I have Gepard and Luocha fully built. Plus for me I think collecting DPS and harmony is better because they shape up the variety of the game. Also the one turn of on Huohuo for me it the skill heavy gameplay, so yeah Argenti is waiting.
You got Luocha, you're set for the rest of this game's life span. Huohuo is a side grade to Luocha at best. Even though I value Huohuo's more offensive oriented kit, I can't come up with an argument on why players would "need" Huohuo if they already have Luocha. Save those gems for other characters.
Are you struggling in terms of the team is losing HP too quickly or as in lack of damage? Gepard and Luocha should be able to keep your team healthy, assuming they're decently built up of course.
Honestly glad that i've skipped Fu Xuan because i'll get HuoHuo guaranteed. Already have a Luocha with his signature and i've been missing a great healer, just had 3 ok-ish ones
Danil and Jing yuan are my 2 mains and both of them want to hog tingyun like crazy in their own way. Huohuo is just gonna be ting's replacement on whichever team needs it for moc also my only other healers are natasha and luocha so
I know I called Huohuo a "Tingyun with healing" in the video, she's not exactly a 1 for 1 replacement. For one, her energy regen is weaker because it's teamwide. I'd rather treat Huohuo more as a Healer with some Tingyun qualities.
The struggles of starting late as a PlayStation player. 🤣 I’ll definitely feel better about my account purely for having two healers in general because any content in game that requires multiple teams for me is… not fun lol.
I think the abyss memory should also be taken account of. Remember, you will need probably 2 healers in abyss memory, one for both team. If you have a luocha or fuxuan, you might still want to think of getting huohuo for that part of the game
I haven't delve too deep into Argenti yet so I can't say with confidence. But my initial impression is that Huohuo is going to help out Argenti a lot. Huge energy cost is no issue for Huohuo since her Energy Regen is % based not flat amount based.
If you have Bronya then slot her in. Hanya is fine but Pela may be slightly better especially if your Pela is E4 which will provide Ice Resistance shred.
Sadly I will have to wait for her rerun. Her kit is very appeling to me and even though I have Fu Xuan, I only have Natasha as a healer. Jingliu would love the energy regen and my DOTs would like the ATK buff plus sustein. But for now I don't have enough jades for a garantee and the 4-stars are not worth for my account.
Despite being a new player, I will have to skip Huo Huo because I really need to get SW during her re-run. Literally everything about HH is great, but I, unfortunately, don't use the featured 4-star characters that often, want to get Lynx and Hanya, and also upgrade Asta, saving enough Jades to try pulling for Ruan Mei. I only have Gepard and Bailu as high-level sustains, though. Hopefully, I won't regret my decision later on :')
Gepard and Bailu are solid enough to help you grind through the entire game. Huohuo is just more comfort in my opinion. She'll just make the game easier. But if newer end game content gets release that requires "cleanse" then Gepard and Bailu won't be able perform well under such circumstances. I recommend building up some unit that has the ability to cleanse since there are certain battles that are extremely difficult to beat without a cleanse on the team. Edit: F2P options include March 7th/Natasha. Both have cleanse on their skill.
Thank you for your advice! I've actually been using Natasha as my main healer (cleared almost every world in the SU with her help) since the moment I obtained her (she's also my favorite female character in the game), but I've also heard that she does not perform that great in the MoC, and that's why I did not mention her earlier. And you're absolutely right: cleansing is mandatory if you want to handle the endgame challenges efficiently. If I'm not mistaken, Lynx uses an AoE cleansing spell as her Ultimate so I hope that I will be able to get her during the second half of the next update.
@@danielclay5127 Lynx is an exceptional healer despite being a 4 star. Her kit is overloaded in my opinion. Her AoE cleansing on her Ult has saved many of my runs.
@@GoodestDuck, hopefully, clearing the Swarm Disaster with her help will become a bit easier for me. Battling the True Sting feels like doing a no-hit run in an action game for me now, since making even one mistake usually ruins everything for me. With Lynx on my side, I believe that the situation will improve.
Not trying to tell you how to run your account, but Pela is a four star and can do a lot of what SW can do. The def shred Pela has is aoe, unlike SW single.
3:05 cleansing imprisonment or entanglement is usually a waste of skillpoints, since you dont get your action value back for cleansing those debuffs, but, if your ally is Jing Yuan or has it's ult bar full, you can cleanse that character. Lynx is the best cleanser in this game since her e(post E2) gives you imunity to the next 1 CC wich is the only way to counter inprisonment or entanglement, and in case her CC res cant prevent 2 deuffs, she can allways cleanse on her Ult. Fu Xuan can also give CC res to your team, but she cant cleanse if the CC res go wrong.
My only sustain characters are Bailu and Nat. Planning on pulling for Huohuo to run Huohuo, Tingyun, Pela, and Jing Liu as team 1 and Bailu, Bronya, Hanya and Seele. Thoughts?
I love her kit but If I didn't skip Silverwolf back then... I would've gotten all in for her. But the value of both her and Silverwolf overtime are just insane but for now I will go for Silverwolf and will get her in her rerun.
