I messaged Blueland about the tabs not fitting in the bottles, and they said the tabs can grow a little if exposed to humidity. (I live where it's humid) They told me to store the tablets in the fridge to keep them from growing and that totally worked!

foaming hand soap is just a tablespoon of regualar soap and the rest water in a foaming hand soap dispenser. Some people will add 1/2 tsp of glycerine. We use Dr. Bronners soap and it works well. For the kitchen and bathroom, 1 to 4 ratio of vinegar and water mixed together (can be used on glass and mirros).

Hope you’re feeling better, Rachel! About the alkaline water, I thought it’s been proven it doesn’t make a difference since the acids in your stomach is changing it, and the body being very particular about its pH levels 🙈

Aren’t Tetra Paks difficult to recycle? I question Flow’s marketing. They might be efficient to produce and transport, but after use most end in a landfill since they are made of multiple substances and require specialized equipment to reclaim. I’ve heard that aluminum cans are a better option because they are so easy to recycle over and over.

Spirulina is actually a kind of alga. It is supposed to have a lot of health benefits and really was a must have for the fitness people in sweden a few years back.

For the chirps, everyone should start in the bug guy first. To get the best use out of it, you sit in it and lower yourself to the floor, then put your knees at a 90° angle and start to roll back. You should never move your feet at all, just roll back and forth. Then you can go to the smaller ones once your back loosens up. The more loose you are, the better cracks you’ll get. Also BIG WARNING: do not use the posture corrector. It actual doesn’t the work for you and weakens your muscles, causing your posture to be far worse when you take it off.

I mean technically the fizzy tabs did dissolve in minutes. It’s basically Marketing jumbo. If it takes too long (think an hour and up) people will think it’s too much work even though you don’t have to do anything. Or if it dissolved faster people would think that it just does nothing. Basically the 15 minutes is to make people think it’s fast but also not TOO fast.

And we get 3 full months of Summer and if hurricane Ida hadn't happened we'd still have 80 degree pool water and 90 degree days to use it. I miss Summer so much already and so do our 2 sweet, sweet baby Grandchildren. We keep them during the week and swimming is a huge part of our fun......gonna miss it so very much!

A natural game changer that I have found to help me to get to sleep at night has been adding a little nutmeg (1/8 teaspoon or so) to a half a cup of warm milk and drinking it about half an hour before I go to bed. I have gone from someone who used a sleeping aid daily to someone who rarely needs one and I fall to sleep fast and have better quality sleep.

Get a tens machine for your back and neck pain. It's good for getting all those knots in your shoulders out. I use it for muscle pain in my leg and it helps so much. Amazon has them for around $25 to $30.

I love the mugs you used for the Blume lattes...could you share the brand, please? TIA! It doesn't matter how relaxing the nighttime drink is, if I drink that much fluid before bed, 100% I'm not gonna get a good night's sleep, lol.

I just use dish soap and water for an all purpose cleaner. Dollar Tree bottle of dish soap, lasts forever. It combined with baking soda also works great for laundry pre-treat. No need to buy kits and whatnot, IMO. Dr. Bronner's Sal Suds also is a good concentrate that lasts a billion years.

About the backpackless backpack, it is not recomended by multiple physiotherapy experts, cause it does the job instead of you doing the job and it makes your muscles lazy... But the wheel is very good for cracking the pressure in your back and for massaging any part of your body 👌👌

I honestly recommend vinegar to clean glass or mirrors. Seriously hot water and vinegar streak free every time. Parfait! But I’d use the other cleaners in the kit

About two years ago I had uterine cancer and the drugs I had to take made me have TERRIBLE acid reflux (apparently that's a thing with some cancer drugs) and I couldn't take anything else with it. Not even one tums, so I was desperate and looked for non medical help for acid reflux relief. Alkaline water was the top contender. Trying to find Alkaline water was hard enough. I started using it and it helped but I HATED all the plastic bottles I had to use so I looked for alternatives and FLOW was the only High Alkaline water that was not in a plastic bottle. It was literally the only thing that helped and the only thing I drank the entire time I was on the drugs. Then a year later I got pregnant and HOLY HELL THE ACID REFLUX!!! SO I returned to my old standby FLOW and I am so happy I found it. It is not the cheapest water to buy but I really like the packaging and the Alkalinity is high enough to actually help. There are high alkaline waters out there, that work, but the packaging is really what took Flow above and beyond. The flavors are light, but I think that is the point. And when you can only drink water for a year or two, the light flavors are welcome, let me tell ya.

Spirulina (you said it right!) is blue green algae, a form of seaweed. It's usually found in "green" smoothies. Very mild earthy flavor, and is very good for you!

I wanted to love blueland so much but the dish powder makes me cough. Each of our bottles broke at the dot seam. The scent on the multi-surface cleaner is terrible, very astringent and almost rotten smelling. Our tables took about 15 minutes to dissolve as well. We tried them for 8 months as well, so a good try and we switched to using Grove.

I have been on the fence about Chirp, but your love for it just made me buy it! ❤️❤️❤️

Hii Rachel...Could you please try making the sweet pasta. Rosanna Pansino tried it recently in one of her videos. It's basically plain boiled pasta with butter and brown sugar.

So glad you are enjoying the Chirp wheels. I found myself afflicted with "wants a new chair but is extremely picky about comfort and ergonomics as well as looks" which makes chairs very expensive. Grabbed a ~$15 butt pillow and the chirp wheels when they were on sale and am so glad I did. I'm glad to hear the posture corrector was helpful to you, too- mine just sits there waiting for a day in which a medical professional tells me I should try one, because I didn't want to bother looking into how to use it properly. I found out later that it can actually be harmful if used improperly, although iirc it's mostly about extended use sessions and only secondarily about how you adjust the straps, and it really shouldn't take too much research to be sure you're using it safely. They sell a fabric storage container for them, but I store mine nested in the box they came in. I tuck it right under my bed since there's enough floor space to roll right next to it, and keep a couple hair ties and headbands right in the box so my hair won't be in the way. Pro tip: Do NOT use these while wearing a dress or other drapey clothing that could get caught underneath the wheel. Trust me, I've tried it for you. It did not go well. My tailbone was furious for over a week. The wheel was slingshot across the room, and suddenly there was about a foot of air instead of wheel beneath my back, and it really felt like a roadrunner cliff moment in which one moment I was in the air with nothing under me and the next I was hitting the ground, hard, having significant regrets about my uncarpeted floor and being significantly more awake... LOL!

What you were saying about your back pain and your core muscles not working correctly is very true! I just started seeing a chiropractor for a childhood injury that I never took seriously. I call it muscle compensation, it’s really hard to explain to people who don’t feel it, but I cannot do a squat or bend over properly. The wrong muscles take the stretch for the weak ones. It’s super important to work on because you can further injure yourself by compensating for a minor injury! 3 minutes daily of focused exercises kick my ass now because I’m working on building a muscle that was virtually nonexistent.
