I was coming to mention this. I've made tonghulu with the grandkiddos. We had fun even tho we got some on their electric element lol. So it stank every turn on for a bit
@@benjaminsmith2349 a couple of seconds. It doesn’t take long. Then I would suggest to refrigerate it all after you’re done so the fruit can get cold on the inside again.
The fact hope was so hopeful about the candied pickle working out was so adorable. I wonder what it would have tasted like if it worked out as well as the other candied fruit.
For anyone that is interested in those edible candles, Publix sells them in the bakery, you can also get 3 of them complimentary with some of their towering tier cakes :)
For the first one, usually birthday candles dont have to burn for long, but i like the idea, bc sometimes the wax droppes on the cake and den u have do pull it off and maybe ruin the cake
For the fruit candies, you’re supposed to have a glass of ice water right beside you. so that you can dip the fruit into the heated candy and then directly into the iced water. That way it hardens onto the candy instead of just slipping away. I don’t know how you haven’t watched everyone making tanghulu on TikTok. It’s the same concept.
i love the idea of the chocolate candle but i think you could make one at home! Just buy edible candle wicks and pour some chocolate in a shape and you can light it, it would also be cheaper but the couple is soo adorable
My stomach 😂😂😂 hurts just watching you eat all this! 😂😂😂! You’re gonna need to see the dentist 🦷! Glad you had fun eating the treats! I would love to try the candy coated fruit 🍇 🍓 only.. 🍒🍓🍇❤️
Now girl, I want you to try Indian dessert! As an Indian, I can guarantee that it will be a whole new experience with really good taste!!Thanks for the videos
Hiii Hope!!! I love your videos and they give me something to do on my lazy weekends. Say Hi to Leo! Also congrats on 1million on your secret second channel! I know this is far from you, but If you are ever in New York, on the east side of Manhattan there is a doll house store, it is Called the Tiny Doll House, and it is my favorite store ever. Totally recommend if your are ever In NYC.
I don’t know if you have already tried one but, like black tap, universal has amazing/crazy shakes. The place that makes them is called the chocolate emporium. They have stuff on top them, much like the cakes, candy, and other things in the shakes you had. If you ever find yourself going to universal, and craving a sweet treat, you should totally go there. ❤ I love your videos, thank you for the entertainment! 😊
oh, my goodness so much fun!! Me and my friend would have loved to try the pickle burrito thing! Also, you are literally my favorite youtuber ever I could binge watch all your videos!!
i would LOVE to try the cotton candy burrito vanilla style! but i live in a small town in spain and there isnt really anything good here . really love your videos, keep it up! ❤
Thank you for another great video. 😊I really love how you go the extra mile when you cannot find a product. You get my vote for trying to do the candy fruit tray.
Candied fruit, it’s so fun to make and eat 😂 I have a few recipes from a book series if anyone wants them. Also, a macaron is the flat cookie, a macaroon is a swirly coconut treat, actually really good.
@@beyiokuibukun9602 Awesome. the book series, and I've talked about it so much and over-reccomend it to people because I love it so much, is Redwall by Brian Jacques. there's a recipe in there for candied nuts, but if you're careful so you don't burn yourself you can do it with fruit.
Hi hope ♡ your videos are the only things that is keeping me alive in the vacation period !!! And also can u please do anything related to digital art kinda type please love u hope❤
For the candies fruit, you should’ve used jolly ranchers instead because it would’ve stick onto the pickle as you can see on the blue candy fruit that was on the original tray the hope tried to re-create their jolly ranchers, which means that they just dipped it and melted, jolly ranchers. I hope this helps.
3:29 You can make those little flowers out of fondant They actually have molds so you don't have to pay to buy the flowers it'll cut the cost way down and you can make your own cookies instead of having to buy them at the bakery
Omg hi Hope! I love your videos so so so much! You have helped me get through so much friend drama just by me watching your videos ❤. Your videos are so entertaining to! I have watched almost every single one of your videos! Love you Hope!
Hi hope! For decorating the hard candy (or making those icing flowers yourself), you could make royal icing. It’s kinda like meringue BEFORE cooking, (icing sugar and egg white) except you are also using citric acid. This ingredient is key as it provides stability to the mix. It reacts in a chemical reaction with the air and hardens as a result. Note it will take longer when it’s more humid, and be much quicker in a drier climate. Make sure to keep the icing in a sealed container (with a damp cloth some have advised) or I’d say a zip lock/ icing bag with ALL the air squeezed out. This stuff goes ROCK HARD once dried! Really glues itself on. Ideal for gingerbread houses too FYI. So you could use it not only to pipe candy flowers but also for gluing anything baking/dessert wise (so getting over candy to stick to the dipped candies you did). It’s also likely what they used for the pretty stripes and such on the dipped fruit. Hope this is helpful! All the best :)
1:52 Those arent macaroons, those are macarons (mack-ah-rons). Macaroons are coconut patties. Also, Trader Joes has good macarons! *edit* welp, i couldve just waited😂 you figured it out
