if this turns out to be true, I think the purpose of destroying the red line is that the water levels will even out like wano and reveal lands below. Similar to the crown island and aqua laguna, the land will unite the lands and create one piece of land and one "peace" among the people, bringing smiles to everyone and everyone being free

Can I also just mention how the only treasure we have ever heard of located underneath the sea is the treasure map that Buggy had one on Rogers ship? There’s definitely been an underlying narrative direction with the treasure that Buggy is after locating that we still haven’t seen an end to. Given Buggy’s tendency to fail up, I think it’d be hilarious to think this random treasure he’s been following might have a connection to or might actually be the One Piece 🤣

I’m going to get the time wrong, but Oda originally planned on the story being shorter than what it is. Which to me means that there are going to be more “important” information in the early arcs. Because before he realized how long he wanted the story to be he wouldn’t “stretch” anything out. So I don’t see it being to crazy for something this important to be this early on

Bringing Brook into this was really cool.. No doubt in my mind Oda has thought about Brook from the very beginning, after all... a musician was the first member Luffy wanted to recruit and it finally happened hundreds of chapters later

great theory! a couple thoughts I had while watching: - Long Ring Long Land is comprised of ten islands, which might represent Luffy’s ideal crew of ten. in this metaphor, each island/member of the crew is a jewel on the crown of the pirate king. though they are each unique, they are connected, literally and figuratively, by the sea. beyond that, their connection goes deeper than just the ocean; though they appear to be different islands/people they are, in fact, One Piece. - Brook’s look post-timeskip is a golden crown atop his iconic afro, which, if your theory is correct, might be a hint to Long Ring Long being a “crown” that literally sits on top of an afro, or in this case, an afro inside of a giant whale.

I think Davy Jones was originally a normal human pirate, but an island whale as well. The part saying “he was cursed by the devil” could be referring to him eating some sort of devil fruit like the “fish fish fruit: model island whale” and his powers spiraled out of control, locking him in a whale state

MANNNNNNN, I found this funny yet intriguing first. But with Vegapunk's recent revelation (Chapter 1,115: "Fragments of Continents"). Rayleigh coating ships, Crocus living inside Laboon, Island whales, Flooded ancient cities, Stars aligned. 🤯🤯 GODA is the best.

Couple of ideas: 1) About long ring long land: The LONGEST mammals on our planet are whales. (Even if a fish was stuck in longringlongland because of its effects it would elongate and eventually start looking like a whale) 2)I know its a HUGE STRETCH but: Tanji may be davy. Literally the guy from back then. But because davy was a whale and was as long as he could in spacial length, he elongated in "time" length meaning he could live WAY longer. Maybe Davy was a whale back then, that had eaten a hito hito and that's the tanji we met at long ring long land. 3) About Long Ring Long Land: In Japanese 'L' and 'R' phonetically are the same. That why Raftel could become Raftel->Laftel->Laughtale->Laugh Tale. Therefore Long Ling Long Land-> Rong Ring Rong Land-> Wrong Ring Wrong Land. It's the place that if you play the wrong sound you'll find the wrong place. Or in other words if you play the right sound/song(or ring), you'll find the right place 4) Brook is basically a metaphor for JoyBoy. Brook was a really TALL man with an afro, he literally met an animal that tried to destroy boarders (something that they tried to do before the void century probably), then he gets separated from him, then he dies, then he is drifting soulless in the darkness ONE MIGHT EVEN SAY IN THE VOID, then his soul returned BUT NOT IN HIS ONCE TALL BODY, in a skeleton a really smaller version of him. If JoyBoy in the past was an Ancient giant it would make a ton of sense.

Also destroying the red line would destroy Marie jois collapsing the world government. It would also destroy fishman island because it's just below the red line which proves the fish lady's prophecy of Luffy destroying fishman island.

After 800 years Davy, the whale, has got to be absolutely massive, but I don't think he's big enough to store all that treasure, so what if once a year he goes to Long Ring Long Island and deposits all his treasure, which is the cause of the Aqua Laguna due to how big he is Additional point: the one piece being an afro makes total sense. If Joy Boy actually is “the devil himself” he may be the creator of the Devil Fruits. Hear me out, if he was able to “curse” davy into becoming a whale or living underwater, he may have cursed users of the Devil Fruits so that they wouldn’t be able to reach his treasure which is underwater. One thing that supports this theory is the fact that buggy and toki, two devil fruit users that sailed on rogers ship weren’t able to make it to the one piece due to a sickness, or in this case a curse made by Joy Boy. There many things that disproves this theory but heck they may be even some that prove it even more im just way to lazy to look into it lmao. Also these alleged “curses” by the “devil” who is Joy Boy may just be the world governments way to disguise the works of Joy Boys blessings. In fact what if anything devil related according to the wg is just a disguised way to refer to Joy Boy. Edit: Theres also something that proves that Joy Boy created the devil fruits. There are theories that Luffy’s main goal is to make everyones dream come true, and if it ends up being true he might have shared the same dream as Joy Boy since Luffy is basically the reincarnation of him. Not sure about the Afro, but I love the whale theory. The way the one piece world is designed felt always weird to me. It’s kind of unnatural with calmbelt/grandline and redline borders. I thought since Sanji introduction and his dream of “all blue” that the borders will eventually collapse or something will happen to the world in general. One Piece is awesome!

I don’t know if I read correctly chapters. But Vegapank said that in void century people lived in the future that everyone had latest technology so something happened. And theory that Roger’s doctor has designed an Island inside the Whale who took it idea from Laugh tale island is insane!

Episode 544, saroshi’s(sea kingdoms queen-neptune’s wife) cries as she envision the possible future for her people above ground, for a few seconds around minute 16:00, you see a darkened figure of her drinking and smiling while different landscapes flash in the background. Her figure is 80% similar to. Sun god luffy. It seems that people who have a heart for exploration and a tenacious one all have a part of the Sun god in them., Oda chooses these people to somehow “cameo” Sun god luffy before he is canon.

Luffy is JoyBoy. And time in the One Piece world repeats maybe every 1000 years. And what Roger found on Laugh Tale is the (Tale) story of Luffys journey. This explains why he knew that the new generation will come who will overtake the world. And when Roger says he wished he lived at the same time as JoyBoy he doesn’t mean in the past he means in the future. Which is supported by the fact that he says “we were born too early.” Then you have creatures like the Zoo (The Elephant) as well as some sea creatures that seem to know Luffy. These animals have lived thru multiple time cycles. Which is why when Zoo says JoyBoy has returned he is referring to Luffy. Because Luffy becomes JoyBoy. Also nobody could ever understand why Roger surrendered himself to the Navy to be killed. But he did it because he knew that his sacrifice is what starts the whole story. He knew he had to do that in order for Luffy to go out to the sea and live out his tale and eventually become JoyBoy.

A couple of extra things to add to this is that there's a giant whale statue on top of Zou (the giant elephant 🐘) and also if ores was joyboy it would explain the giant straw hat that Imu is secretly keeping in a hidden room. Also maybe the circle of islands is actually surrounding Davy Jones' (the whale 🐋) blowhole and the yearly flooding is just the whale blowing out of his blowhole to breathe. If the whale were to be that massive then I can totally see it being able to destroy the red line when instructed to do so by Luffy.

I always say that Wano had a structure that was similar to an elephant (most referenced a crescent moon for the sake of Wano) but Zou had a WHALE TREE on it…foreshadowing the importance of a whale! This video may have just explained it!

Joyboy, a devilish looking but kind saviour of the people, could potentially have been set up to contrast with an angelic but evil being- Imu. Assuming this angelic being is represented as a Lunarian, maybe Oda is trying to mirror the contrast of Oni-Lunarian/Pirate-WG. In the mythologies, the most popular figure that fits the description of an evil angel is Lucifer. Lucifer is also another name for the planet Venus, the closest planet to Earth, floating in between Earth and the Sun. Venus is also the name of the Roman Goddess of love who is known for her charm and seduction and Lucifer is known as a seducer/temptator and a master deceiver. Venus the goddess is symbolized by the flowers rose and myrtle. We first saw Imu in a room surrounded by plants and flowers. In a close up when a butterfly landed on Imu's finger, we see a bunch of white flowers in the background. Google "myrtle flower" or "rose myrtle" and decide for yourself the resemblance. In this video you speak about the importance of the silhouette of the dancing Joyboy and I think i´ve seen one that everyone missed. In the THRILLER BARK ARC just before Gecko Moria give Oars Luffy´s shadow, the shadow hold the same stance as Joyboy does in front of the moon. This video is great. I caught something from your video that you might have missed. Long ring long land looks like 2 eyes with the left one being a bit submerged. Then there is pirate island from the first Davy back fight with the skull structure where the left eye has a crack in it. I think this is another crazy oda connection. The messed up left eye could show both where Davy was in the beginning of his story and at end of one piece.

The theory makes me honestly believe that the D. might stand for Davy or something similar like Joyboy's name? That's why the world government didn't want Nika's face on the poster along with the D. initial, because it'd be basically like saying "Joyboy is back" or something like that.

Destroying red line fits the story really well. Red Line may refer to the All Red Line, the british cable telegraphy that connected all of the brithish empire, thus England and its colonies. The All Red Line then becomes a symbole of freedom banishement and destroying it would then make the whole world free. It makes even more sense when taking into account that the British empire ruled over the seas with the famous quote "Britain rules the waves". Anyway, it was a great video and theory that I think the world should hear about.

Great theory! But I believe the Red Line's destruction is only possible by using the great warship Pluton, one of the 3 Ancient Weapons. Think about it. The Red Line isn't the only physical barrier that divides the World of One Piece. We also have the Grand Line bordered by the Calm Belt, the different islands on it that moves randomly and was affected by an unknown climatic anomaly. These 3 barriers are what divides the world into 4 seas, prevents the people from travelling and coalescing into a single unified force that can challenge the World Government and the Celestial Dragons. As we all know by now, Luffy is the personification of freedom. And as a freedom loving protagonist, his goal and primary motivation at the end of the saga would be to liberate the world from the tyrannical clutches of the Celestial Dragons. The World Government's greatest strength is the divided world. That's why, I think they specifically engineered the Red Line and the Grand Line which is infested by Sea Kings in order to achieve that goal. However, the emergence of the ancient weapons could spell the end to that plan. Why? Because the very nature of the ancient weapon suggests that they are made for something very specific. The great warship Pluton, was believed to possess enough power to destroy an island. But that's an understatement. The buster call could already do that. I think Pluton was designed to destroy the continental Red Line. Shirahoshi or Poseidon, was conceived to herd the Sea Kings away from the Calm Belt. That's what her powers are for. Only she can command the Sea Kings. And the last weapon, Uranus, taken from the Greek god of the sky or the sky itself. It was supposed to fix the climate anomaly that inconveniences the sailors in the Grand Line. And the reason why the WG is desperate to find all the 3 Ancient Weapons is because they wanted to suppress its power. So what does Luffy have to do with any of it? As I have said earlier, Luffy is the personification of freedom. Throughout the course of the story, his whole crew has been involved in liberating all the countries they set foot into. Liberation. That was the whole theme of One Piece. Cocoyashi Village, Drum Island, Alabasta, Skypiea, Fish-Man Island, Dressrosa, Wano. . . etc. All these things are just a foreshadowing of the biggest liberation they are about to do, which is the liberation of the whole world. That's why the Pirate King, Gol D. Roger said he was too early. Even though at his prime, Roger is the most powerful man in the world, he cannot topple the World Government due to one thing. The ancient weapon Poseidon or Shirahoshi. The world needs to wait for Poseidon to be fully developed in order to execute the plan of word liberation. And finally, the world needs Monkey D. Luffy because "one by one, he turns people around him into allies. More than anyone else sailing the seas. . . That man possesses the most terrifying power!" Mihawk said that about Luffy. The most terrifying power. Not Roger's, not Whitebeard's nor Kaido's. But Luffy. Because he can unite people. Because he can inspire a generation that could end the era of oppression. Because through "the drums of liberation" he can unite the world against the Celestial Dragons. The closely guarded secrets of the world are transcribed in the Void Century. It's only a matter of time before the Strawhats learned of its mystery. And when they do, they will turn the world upside down. They will unite the four seas into All Blue. And return the divided pieces of the world into its former state. One Piece.

Ive read/ seen many theories, this is the closest i feel which comes to me as something oda will write. Given that im reading him for past 13 years now (started on marineford) i can well and truly imagine if he's written this/ something similar for the future and I wouldn't mind a single bit. Another is you said that there is an island inside Davy Jones. Well the left eye of skypiea was missing so it might be inside Davy jones

It’s nice seeing all the evidence compiled. I didn’t think of the lagoona connection but after a reread and re watch I told a buddy of mine I wouldn’t be shocked if the one piece or Raftel was hidden in plain site story wise. Long Ring Long land island concept seemed a tad too unnecessary if we weren’t to visit again. The Davy Back fight mention as well could see another fight as we near the end with actual high stakes.

This makes me think of so many things... such as why "Afro Luffy vs Foxy, the Afro was the most important part of it all and when Brook Vs Ryuma was protecting his Afro more than anything else" perhaps the one piece is with them all along without them realizing, eventually it will all come out clear to them, now that Luffy awakened his Devil fruit all he has to do is get what he wants, the ultimate freedom and anything that he can think of can be done... conquering the Grind Line, dam.
