Bangladesh street food is very unhygienic Chris. Every street food I see in Bangladesh, the people always use their hands and it is so dirty. I pray that you get better and hopefully this is nothing serious.

Cambodian women wear pyjamas because they think it’s comfortable and convenient to wear. They don’t know that pyjamas are just for sleeping in. They wear them to work, sleep and do everything in and it’s kind of gross. I’m of Khmer heritage and my family and friends and most people I know think it’s just lazy and improper to wear pyjamas in public. The Khmer women used to wear sarongs and proper clothing like the Laos and Burmese but as you can see they’ve chosen the latter.

Suasday = Hi / Hello. 2. because you were wondering words of some food sound similar... The word " Nom or Num means = Confection or anything that makes from flour eg. cake. So I see your favorite Khmer street food was 1. Num Kachai (rice flour cake with chives)? 2. Num Banjok = Cambodian Rice Noodle dish, can be served with Khmer green broth or another Khmer curry, similar to Laksa. 3. Num Banjchao = Cambodian yellow pancake. Cheers bro, take care! Stay safe. Hope you feel better Chris. You have to be careful with street food especially in the less impoverished countries. I had a friend who ate street food in India and caught some sort of parasite and still effects him till this day.

Understand in Cambodia a factory worker get paid $5 to $6 a day, a banker get pay $10 to $11 ($300 a month). A well educated person and a highest pay is $20 a day($600 a month) if they can made $10 a day than they’re rich.

Chris if you’re still in phnom penh hope you can visit koh norea that u can just cross the newly constructed bridge you saw with big LED displayed of Cambodian flag . Go there in the morning and grab a cup of coffee at brown coffee and enjoy a better air quality from city centre or u can also visit there at night and enjoy a variety of food at the night market. there’s other night market popular amongth Cambodians such as the family park night market and the other one in koh pich . And hope u can visit a variety of sky bar here as well. Coastal province is worth to visit, give kampot and kep a week and as well as the islands and shihanoukville another week.
