Nope. Not only would that unnecessarily fuck up the kid right now, he also has no rights to see her depending on the country. For example, here in Germany, a child can only have one legal father. In this case, that would be her husband who also adopted the child. In all legal aspects, he would be the father and the biological father cannot demand to see the child unless he goes to court to prove his genetic relationship to the child (which can only happen up until 2 years after knowing he's the father), or the mom or child at 18 take it to court for that matter. And even then, it would have to be proven that the child's well being wouldn't be in danger by being in contact with a formerly absent father.
