As someone with ADHD (meaning I have a natural dopamine deficiency) the cold showers are a game changer!! I feel so much more focused and awake during the day and I'm overall in such a better mood too. And honestly the beginning of the cold shower is the worst part, after around 20 seconds you don't even feel the cold anymore. Tip for if you're shivering a lot during those initial 20 seconds: do deep slow breathing, it will help control your shivering until it goes away. I emphasize SLOW breathing though, you don't want to hyperventilate.
Love the depth that you went into for this video and the explanations. Cold showers aren't for everyone but I think cold exposure at the end of a shower is always beneficial.
