Just a tip . Don’t let her run on the treadmill let her walk or incline on treadmill it’s her first tym so take it slow .without running in 1 months she can lose 5-6 kgs. And let her use earphones so she won’t b bored or let her watch some 30 min series etc

Her problem is obese problem, she should visit the doctor also partly for her diet. Because it affects the heart, lungs, and liver in the long run when not treated initially. Take much care ❤❤❤❤
