The standard Midwest American accent is often called the most universally understandable accent of English - Pekin talks like the most normal American ever, if you pronounce things like him, almost anyone who speaks English will understand you. Good choice.

The "senna buffs" were a revert to nerfs that lasted all of 1 patch. In fact, the "chance of soul on minion kill" bounced back between two extremes multiple times over the seasons (the next most recent bounce was in season 12), though funnily enough it never settled anywhere near the middle of the two extremes
I think there was a bug with the support item that gave her 100% soul rate on the execute, they nerfed it before knowing about the bug, and when they fixed it they just reverted the nerf
If they do put it right in between I think ADC and support senna would both be sub par. When they're each at an extreme they will make senna either an ADC or support, based on the whim of a single riot employee on the balancing team, I presume
16:09 little known fact about Kled, If you use E+Q at the same time and both land E will always be the first to deal damage hence he popped your Edge of Night with his E and kept his Q on you and that's very good against spellshield champions and items.
“Nami’s building an item where when she heals us it’ll give antiheal” It… hasn’t done that in months. Ever since they normalized all the grievous wounds effects to 40% instead of being 25% with a secondary condition to do 40% Thornmail lost its grievous wounds upon immobilizing enemy champs at the same time and now it’s a much more situational pick because you can only antiheal enemies that auto attack you.

Used to play senna a good bit. 40 stacks by 10 minutes is the goal for support/fasting senna. Also swiftness boots first back is something Biofrost almost always does. Allows you to poke for souls so much easier especially when you’re in bot lane

it was a nerf to the usual way of playing her, so im not sure yet of the impact this is going to have since this way of playing her was really bad before this
FYI Pekin - support can't transfer antiheal to tmates any more since few month ago changes) so morello is super useless on enchanters( c sup main) except mages like zyra brand
"OMG look at all these souls!" sounds like the beginning of a healthy new addiction. Also speed up your Q-auto .. there does not need to be any delay there at all and you won't miss any of them.
Pekin the reason you kept getting a lot of souls from the minions early game was because either Lee was killing them or the other minions were killing them, and i believe the drop rate is higher when you don't kill it.
pekin ended the first game with 120 stacks in 25 min, which is decently good for Senna in SUPPORT. Senna carry getting that many stacks is just way too high, her item power spikes are already oppressive on their own. but pekin played that so well still

Senna was inadvertently buffed by the new supp item, then nerfed to bring her back to normal, and then they fixed the bug and reverted her numbers to what they were before. So this is not a buff, this is just how Senna was before S14.
I figured he could just put it over a capture of the replay, just make sure it syncs up right and has fog of war turned on XD Only problem is it wouldn’t match his in game camera movement
at the very start of the first game you mention that senna gets movement speed from her AA. Do you mean because you have fleet footwork, or does she have a mechanic I am unaware of?
I'm pretty sure he meant fleet footwork.. I played a lot of games with Senna this season even yesterday I played and her normal AA doesn't add any movement speed bonus or smthing just fleet footwork.
Wooo thanks for the Senna video! Glad you kept that last game, much harder and much more realistic. Also 120 stacks is usually about when the game is over lol, but the fun part about 120 is that's when you can hit towers without them hitting back, so kinda huge. =)

As an adc main if my supp is not hovering engage i just ban senna. Wether its support senna or farming senna her sustain always seens to outvalue poke from mage supports so it feels like the only way to beat her in lane is just all in with a nautilus hook or something
Isn't muramana super good on her? I remember that being a great item for her and imo the tear items have been underrated forever. Also I'd love to see a max shroom damage Teemo game sometime
You don't need mana on her and lethality items are extremely good right now. You have a much better build path with dirk , don't have to stack a tear and the damage is pretty similar if not outright better with lethality anyway and that's without mentioning the MS you'd miss out on going muramana
@@bravepotatoe7513 Most of that makes sense but idk about 'you don't need mana on her,' Pekin was running low pretty often and given the AOE heals she's a rare character who can very reliably convert mana to guaranteed numerical advantages. But otherwise yeah that checks out.

ngl I didn't really like the dc win. it wasn't a great Senna game bc you lost push and Diana got a lot off roams and then teamfights didn't really go your way for the most part, so you were losing the whole time. note that you were well under what is considered a good soul rate (minutes x4). the sylas dc'ing just kind of messed up the logic of the game, just felt lucky. dw I still love you
