I don’t think you can go barefoot on that beach. Looks like some rocky sand but wow, it sure makes that view look incredible!

Interesting upgrade, I would have ripped out all the walls and done a different floor plan. BTW, Puako is NOTHING like Kapoho was at all … and this side of the island is a desert climate that gets like a funance in the Summer, so most would welcome that air conditioning. Nice tour!

I would want to add a Bar-b-que out side? But more importantly some kind of spa tub. that takes in the view but fits the space. and P-V- power
