I tracked my calories for this “What I Eat in a Week” the week before finals week/my last week of college. I know this is literally a month late, but I am so behind in general in putting out videos I filmed while school was happening cuz school…ah…Anyways, I hope you all enjoy this week’s video!! I am so happy to show you what my family is like too and what online school looked like for me!
I don’t normally track my calories, as I feel like it’s pretty unnecessary for my lifestyle. I prefer to eat intuitively and tune into my hunger cues. My weight fluctuates all the time based on how much I eat/how stressed I am/what foods I eat and THAT’S NORMAL!!! So please don’t look at the number I eat and try to match that. My calories change every single week and we are also different people who require different amounts of food!! This video is purely to encourage y’all to have freedom from those numbers. At the end of the day, they don’t define you and should NOT control your mood!

I wonder what your initial motivation was to post this kind of videos? Before I started dieting I ate like you exactly. I never cared about what I eat or counting calories, so I wouldn't have thought about such a thing called "positive relationship with food/ intuitive eating". Did you ever experience a bad relationship with food and then recover from it, which makes you think about the importance of having a healthy relationship with food?

I love how comfortable u are with food and how going past 2000 calories isn't as,, scary I guess- It's still a progress for me😅 because I worked so hard to lose the fat I did and I'm terrified to drop counting calories and macros and go back 😔...I've been on and off with counting but I'm definitely learning to trust myself and accept that sometimes I'll eat too much(to the point that its not exactly gonna help my fat maintenance journey) but that's part of life sometimes🤷‍♀️ Loved the video!! I love the way you live. You stretched in this video and you know the splits? You workout, you eat my ideal honestly, and everything looks so good, you are a slow eater ( i eat so fast 😭 ) and you live at home like me but you don’t overeat like me and I’m fat 😤. I like that you took a walk too I love walks. I love working out. Your basically me if I wasn’t fat and didn’t binge everyday lol. this makes me miss childhood where my mom would make everything from scratch, she would make coconut milk from and curry paste scratch to make thai curry but she now uses more processed ingredients because she's too old and weaker to make food but it still tastes good 😋
