I challenged my self to grow thicker fingers and stronger hands! I had 3 goals with this challenge and that was to grow thicker fingers, grow stronger hands, get incredible grip strength. This video is to prove to my self that I can do whatever I set my self up to do and perhaps inspire you at home watching.
They say it takes 30 days to create a habit. Try it yourself, set a goal and follow through. 30 days is just a fragment of time in your life that can impact the rest of your life in a positive way. Keep getting better with time

I'll tell you a sure fire trick for getting those rings to stop fitting. Eat two pints of Ben and Jerry's ice cream per day, like Rich Piana... ... ... ... That is all. Get fatter and they won't fit anymore.

Nice vid. For thicker fingers I think I saw a video that used sand and they would slap it and stuff. Had to do with making the bones adapt and become thicker or something Personally not going to do it myself, sand is too messy but yea

Yep. Not much muscles there. It's all about tendons growth and this only begins after two months of training. A year of training should end up with noticable results, but to max it out it will take years indeed.
