Perfect pairings could be interesting - see who does which team does best out of 3. One team with a perfect CB pairing, another with CM pairing and another with striker pairing.

Yep, the Serie C playoffs are wild. There's 60 teams in Serie C (3 groups of 20) and only 4 promotion places. So the winner of each group gets in and then 2nd to 10th plus the winner of the Coppa Serie C (think the Papa Johns Trophy) gets in to for 28 teams going for 1 promotion spot. First round is within groups, 5th v 10th, 6th v 9th, 7th v 8th. Second Round the 4th placed teams enter. Third Round it goes national, 2 teams from each group's playoffs, the 3rd placed team from each group and the Coppa Serie C winners (10 teams). Five winners make it to the Quarter Finals where the 2nd placed teams from each group join and then it's knockouts from there.

Monopoli got to the Champions League in my Bath save last FM. Got matched against them in the Round of 16 in my first season. Beat them 4:0 both legs but still cool to see them.

you should make a league of all teams having average players (all 10 attributes or something) and then put 1 perfect player for every team just in different positions, so in the end, the most important position wins - could be very interesting

That was unexpected, would be interesting if a perfect player would be better in a top 6-10 league

Please do an experiment with a player who has all the technical attributes 20, the rest 10, with a psychologist player who has an average column of 20 and the rest of the skills 10 and with a physically strong player who has all the physics 20, and the rest of the skills 10. You can put them in one team, for example, which plays 3 central midfielders and check who has the most score, goals, assists and so on.

Nice that you did not do an experiment in the English leagues like you normally do

In serie B first two teams get promoted directly,3rd to 8th do the playoffs... the winner gets the 3rd and last promotion spot (that explain the three relegations spot in serie A)

I would like to see perfect player in medium european league like Poland if he could carry whole league. Or maybe 4 in 4 different teams in different positions. First I would see from a better league outside the top5 and then from Poland. Later we could try some bottom league :D
