Want to stop pain? Here is how I did it.
TALK TO THE BODY: By addressing the pain directly, you’re changing your mental relationship with it. Instead of seeing pain as an enemy, you’re engaging with it.
Here is a short version of the method, (F.A.T:)
F: FOCUS: Breathe and take a few moments to make sure your are present.
A: ACKNOWLEDGE: Feel the pain. Notice where it is, how it feels, and its intensity without judgment.
T: TALK: Talk to your body and pain as if it were a friend. Say thanks for signaling that something needs attention, but gently tell it to ease up. You might say something like, “I understand you’re trying to tell me something, I hear you, and it’s okay. You can take it away now.”

Thats cognitive therapy which has many methods that do work. Although it depends on the type of pain, and what is causing the pain. It really is the same as most medications which just trick the brain, TEMPORARILY.

Thanks for sharing! I read Alan Gordon’s book - “The Way Out”. I have learned a few techniques to stop the pain. Sometimes I do just speak to the brain to stop the pain, and it goes away. Dr Sarno and Dr Shubiner were pioneers in this mind/body pain and how to control it.

Thank you for this video. For anyone who thinks scientifically. One person is anecdotal. two people experiencing this is confirmation. Ten people is statistical data. Data is what scientists use to assess statistical significance. I have used a few similar methods. There is no "one size fits all" solution. But for many there is a solution, depending on where and what the pain is. I also talk to my brain, kind of meditatively.

Thank you this is interesting. When I have a headache I do the same thing and it disappears BUT sadly not with my toothache last week which I needed to see a dentist about as it was an infection under my crown. Thanks again.🙏🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Sometimes, I classify my pain as telling me: 1. Take it easy; you might damage yourself. 2. Something is wrong; you need help, e.g., medication. For (1), sometimes I can easily overcome it, perhaps with a simple massage or just "walking it off." For (2), I seek further diagnosis and treatment.

Thanks. I read someone talking about feeling the pain and talking to it, could be some kind of helaing of the pain. Do you believe that?

I believe this, medical literature is abound with indications about how powerful the human mind is. In fact I use this also, but for oncoming colds, whenever I feel a cold coming on in the morning when i wake, for example the characteristic tingling pain in the throat, and i have an opportunity to sleep longer, I close my eyes, and literally command my body to fight the oncoming cold, focusing on the area that it hurts. This involves both talking to my body and visualizing an army of immune cells invading the area and fighting a war. It seems to work for me. I'll try the pain trick thanks for sharing.

you can trick the trick with trick. Habits die hard. you can only kill a habit with another habit. We are in self loop

I get shock wave to my bones every day. No way to stop it. No manifesting ... its form of death starting its process. we all die ... i may die sooner. who knows. I always heard arthritis before until it hit you. if i even scratch anywhere pain is so high like tuning fork...of pain.

@@ManifestBySpeaking its like you want to be free. If you are truly free you will over think and bleed to death Nature created stumbling block everywhere ... a warning sign so you turn back!!! it cant police you all the time. So pain is one of them. you have to accept pain as a cure for you to evolve and understand work with body Pain is your friend. it tells you there is blood flow restriction. Body parts need food. Food is blood If you dont do exercize regularly things gets blocked because of over growth of something Best way to cure is dont eat any food 5 hours before sleep. slow down activities. Have some habit of watching or reading .. not energetic movies. if you feel like eating ..hunger as friend and embrace that pain and sleep. its ok to drink few drops of whiskey before you sleep. Anyone gets up at 5:00Am with 6 hour sleep is good. KEY though empty stomach before sleep Most of your disease will disappear. Why not everyone doing it? We are all mild suicide people. if some one say don do that , we do it. Anyways everything is a choice. choice to be happy or sad.

There is one thing i always get premonition. its always bad thing. if you even give attention .. it becomes reality. its incredible. its like many parallel universe operating and take you to one. I am expecting one premonition where i win a 6 million lottery. I am manifesting that for a whole . NOT HAPPENING. :)
