Thanks, Coco. You pronounced Shama perfectly. ;) Update: My morning routine has changed substantially since having kids and embracing my chronotype (a wolf.) I highly recommend Dr. Michael Breus’ work on sleep and how certain genetic factors actually cause us to be morning or late night people. It all depends on when your melatonin kicks in. All that to say, I’ve much more embraced being a night owl. I wake up at 9 am now and go to bed between 12 - 1. Feel free to try that. :)
Thanks Coco for this wonderful content, your sense of humor is awesome hahahaha 👏 don't let creepy dudes stop you from creating content. . . and congratulations on achieving 29k subscribers 🎉 ( was a subscriber at 2k or something, idk )
I think CEOs have too much free time 🤣 Also, I feel that they only kept to their routines for 2 days and then gave up. Having a routine is a mandatory thing for CEOs to have, just in case they go to a show and ask for their routines 🤣
For you, I would recommend reading Anxious People by Fredrik Backman! It's a really funny story, but also deeply reflective about the different struggles of everyday life, and it seems to me that you like thinking about life a lot!
anyone felt called out when she mentioned us weirdos 💀💀btw Coco if you happen to see this try Murakami's "The Elephant Vanishes" which is a bunch of short stories that have a surreal vibe. Pretty sure there's a ton of Murakami fans at the Japanese book store you mentioned ;)
6:35 You should read Will Grayson by John Green it’s one of my favourite and imo best fiction comedic drama books ever and it’s an overall super fun read!
