I TRIED A VENISON BURGER & CRYOTHERAPY!! | The Gage Chicago Review | CryoEffect Spa in South Loop 

First vid of 2021! I’m so happy that I am back and uploading videos. Today we start off with going to D’Cuba which is a legit Cuban restaurant. Definitely recommend hitting that place up. Also, I did cryotherapy and there were a ton of benefits and cool things about it. The lowest temp it got to was -215 degrees Fahrenheit and you burn 500-800 calories when you step out because your body is reheating. Lastly, I tried a venison burger for the first time, and well, it was amazing. --------------------------------------------------------
