@@MrsJetSkiB I might be late but shampoo your hair first, apply the treatment all over your hair (I do this out of the shower & I tried the spray bottle method but it got stuck so I just squeeze it from the top), blow dry your hair, & once it’s stiff, rinse it out. I LOOOOOVE this treatment

Tis worked for when I managed to over condtioned my hair some time ago. After one reamen my hair regained all its srenght. Also works for color reated hair obviously

Not for low porosity? I have low porosity and have noticed that my curls are kinda limp rn, but I haven’t had a protein treatment in a year since becoming natural

@@Nominaze Hi, I've been natural for 9 years now. It might not be due to lack of protine. Limp hair could be from heat or hydrofatige as well. Since I'm high porosity i can't recommend much for low porosity hair

@@chelseashamim9148 I don’t know what to do with it, if its due to heat. But I do know that I need a protein treatment since I haven’t had one in forever, I think I have moisture overload.

after it dries your hair gets super hard and you arent suppose to touch it or bend it because you can damage your hair youre suppose to rinse it out before you start manipulating the hair ....aphogee product definitely do not work and may damage your hair if you dont kow what youre doing.
