I absolutley love how polite Jackson is, he loved the sandwiches and the popsicles even when you said they were a mess. You're doing a great job raising them💖
Clarissa Sanders he was so enthusiastic even though Hannah was feeling not fab about her crafts! He totally wanted to make her feel better about her efforts bless him!
my mom is a pinterest mom and she does not even know that she is one. she homecooks meals, makes cleaning supplies, and makes birthday treats home made.
Living in Japan and dating a Japanese man and realizing all Japanese moms are pinterest moms and I am stressed out because I don't know if I can do that in future lol
Being a Pinterest mom is much easier if you have the attitude of doing this for or with your kids instead of despite them. If you want to do that the you'll be able to.
My mom left her job for me when she was pregnant so that she can give all her love , time and energy for me and she still doesn’t works and 3 hours is a longg time and her kids are super small
I love Jackson so much, he's the sweetest little guy ever. He appreciates everything that you do and he might just even be lying just to make you not upset. Bless his little soul
Hannah: I failed. I fucked up. I did it wrong. Her son Jackson: this is awesome, these are delicious, these are cool. No matter how bad you think you are doing while making stuff for your kids, they did and will love it
@@MegaPlasterer He can say whatever he wants unless in public causing a distress to members of the public being in his own home and such is totally legal
imagine having Hannah as a mom. you would either 1. get a completely different mom every week or 2. get something different taken away from you for a week each week.
My mom used to make a 2 hour and 30 min commute to work after she moved from MD to PA and couldn't afford to quit her job. She'd wake up at 4:00 everyday and I could never understand how she did it
Giselle Martinez right! she feels like all the stuff was a "fail" because it "didn't turn out right", but her son loved all of it! isn't that more important?
I dont get how buzzfeed will give some guys 1000$ to buy a bagel but wont give a mom a camera to film a vlog I just think that buzzfeed under apriciates this series
They don’t underrappreciate this series at all. This is meant to be relateable to moms. What’s the point of making Hannah flex? She’s using her regular salary to show how moms on a budget do these things
I do this stuff to an extent. I did a whole DIY Harry Potter party for my daughter. I made the signs for the stores, I made the candles that hung from the ceiling, the cake and everything. I don't do anything like that everyday but when it counts I do.
I hate that she said that being a Pinterest mom is "definitely something I wish I could do". You're raising two children and working full time (and commuting three hours every day). That's enough. What you are already doing is more than enough. I think it's fun and doable to make puzzle sandwiches once a month, but every day seems like even the children would stop finding it exciting and fun. Moms, you are perfect and enough just the way you are!
Cottoncandycrave Masters as a working-at-home mom, i did some of the recipes from pinterest. Some of them are looking pretty easy. LOOKING. Because must of them, i failed 🤣
Ben Bruzonic i’ve noticed that too. i think some women just have a certain vocal fry and in the videos they’re talking fast so they lose breath like they’re going to cry
Her kids are super cute and supportive and I think that's what matters the most. They see she's trying and understand it, as much as a smol human being can. It's totes adorbs. Beautiful family ^_^
Blood Rose I completely agree. Alot of people who work for buzzfeed would do so much better as their own youtubers. Look how great Safiya is doing! She can do the same
Being employed at buzzfeed has the benefit that you get the same amount of money every month for sure. Especially for a mum, this security is very nice and lifts a lot of stress.
Molded crayons are actually meant, amongst us "Pinterest Mom's" as a way to repurpose broken crayons that our little ones refuse to use. It's meant to save money, not make you spend more money to do it.
Plus, they become custom colors that some creative kids might find fun and feel pleased that they participated in making! She didn't seem to get that there's a time and place for DIYs: if you're forcing it, yeah it might feel like a hassle or a waste of money, but other times you repurpose what you've got and save money, with something new to show for it. Some of us are just naturally maker-minded, some of us aren't or don't have time to be (which is fine, because makers need there to be buyers and vice versa.)
