I have this foundation and I absolutely love it! Look so smooth and natural on skin, last all day and the formula has a lot skin care and aldo it’s clean.
This looks really nice! I am a fan of bronzer as contour. I am remarkably pale. As far as blush/bronzer goes, I am a fan of one of those $$$$ brands, Hour Glass. I am almost 60 and will be going gray this winter. I am having gray roots at 3 weeks. Coloring has become a PIA. If I don't like it, I'll color it back. It's only hair, after all.
I have a friend who's growing out her gray and her hair stylist did an absolutely amazing job blending her current color with the gray that's grown out about 5". I hope you like your gray!
@jenniferweed2552 I am planning my transition for winter, so I can basically wear a hat while it grows out. I have pixie cut, so hopefully, it won't take long. Thank you so much for the encouragement!!!
Thank you so much for always giving an honest review. I tried this foundation. It's really nice on younger skin, I'm 54 with very good skin, and it was a little dry for me. So I went back to buy again the Bobbi Brown foundation stick, pricey but still my go-to. If you have not already reviewed the Bobbi Brown foundation stick, please do it. You will like it. 👍
I did too. When I got low I just went into thee Max Factor building in the city. (I’m in LA County.) It was perfect on my young skin. When Wayne started the vid, my mind went straight to Max Factor. Thanks for me thinking about it.
Wow, that looks really wonderful. Thanks so much for mentioning what shade you are and how the first one you bought was too light-- that was helpful. Rock on with embracing your gray! ♥️ You're a treat!
🗣Would love to know you thoughts on Estee Lauder's "Double Wear" Original & Powder Foundations Wayne!! I wore shade 2C2 Pale Almond at a friends wedding, and it not only stayed put morning till night, but looked absolutely fabulous!! This was the very make-up the make-up artist used on my best friend the Bride, her Mum, Matron Of Honour & Brides Maids!! All l👀ked superb!! + it does'nt break me out in spots either!! Xx
Thank you for this one, Wayne. I was thinking of purchasing this one but was on the fence, which I may remain. You've answered a lot of questions. BTW, you looking fantastic. So handsome. Always look forward to your videos!
I am 43 and I actually really love the formula of this because it disappears into my skin, blurs and does not need powder. My skin is combo/oily though even though I am in a dry climate and blurring out the pores etc is a thing I enjoy.
Thank-you for the try on Wayne. I have a Milk roller ball that I love in cool fair and a stick from Fenty ? that is also nice. I will edit name when find it. TC. ❤😊
I love Ilia blush and contour stick, and they seem to work well on my mature skin. So nice for travel too. Will check out the foundation b/c got a Sephora Gift Card for Mother's Day! Thank you, for the video, Wayne.
I'm 50 y.o. and find the ilia foundation stick to be a little dry for my normal to dry skin, but the lightest color is the best color match I've found so am swiping the stick in the palm of my (clean) hand & mixing a little of my moisturizer into it, then applying. I think I like it. Still experimenting.
I bought the stick and the liquid tint in 2 different shades, the one they recommend, and one I thought looked right based on the swatch pictures, and I do not like either of them. Someone needs to formulate a range of shades specifically for red heads whose skin comes in as many hard to match shades as their hair does 😂
I have been very disappointed in it for myself. I was using the Bare Minerals stick formula which is my absolute favorite-but they have discontinued it for now?! So, I purchased this one and it is so dry and hard as you said. As a mid-50's person, this makes application and performance quite difficult. I will try and work with it, but I dearly wish Bare Minerals would listen to their customers and bring back their most beloved stick!
I haven’t tried this product but what if you apply it to the back of your hand and the apply it to your face? I do this with some stick products and I think the warmth from your skin helps it soften.
No way on this gods earth is a foundation worth £48, the cost to have this made will be about 10-15% of that, lm a nurse and work hard for my money so l will be giving this a miss thank you, lm not making a cosmetic company rich by being ripped off.
Now that I tried the LE skintint I feel like I don't need anything else and I can stop buying other tints because I don't think I'm going to like anything more.
I have wanted to try was not sure with oily skin, thank you for this video. Take care and stay safe. Gray hair makes men look wise and distinguished lol. Get some rest. ❤❤❤❤
This looks fabulous on you, Wayne. I bought the Illia tinted serum because it has sunscreen in it, but I think I’ll get one of these sticks as well. I like a bit of matte base in the summer (as sweat and oil will appear, inevitably), and a little waxiness should help it last. I love your reviews, and trust your opinions completely. BTW, the grey in the beard is pretty damn hot! 😉
Milani has a new cream bronzer that's really good and they have a cream stick blush version of their powder blush-might be LE I'm not sure-both very nice!!I will try this foundation next! Thanks for another great video!!
LOVE this foundation! The shade matcher (based on my Kosas color) did not pick the best match. In store, I found one that is the exact color of my skin. GREAT formula.
I am 41 and I am happy they finally make something that may work on my well hydrating oily skin. Although the description reminds me Iman stick foundation that is much cheaper.
Thank you for this review. I love stick foundations! I have Bobbi Brown, Huda, and the new Fenty. I was wondering if you've tried the Fenty stick...I would love to hear your opinion!
Great look! Just brought the fenty foundation stick. I like it. Will your new brushes be available soon. I'd really like to have that round one. Thank you. Always a pleasure
Wayne, you are aging like a fine wine. You look so distinguished with that gray in there. I love you tried this, I was thinking of getting it. I've used the hourglass stick foundation in the past and it's very full coverage.
